Coming up soon! Shen Jin is finally able to return to the UK after the pandemic and we are all very much looking forward to seeing her again, meeting other students and developing our practice together.

Message from Shen Jin to the UK students

Shen Jin is looking forward to seeing everyone again this year, as well as meeting new students. She wishes everyone a Happy Year of the Rabbit and says she is very glad that we will finally be able to meet again, after the last 3 years when the pandemic prevented her from travelling to the UK.

Unfortunately due to the current situation with the Corona virus we have decided we have no option but to cancel both this year's meditation courses in Shropshire and Vaalbeek.

We hope that you all take care of yourselves and look forward to being able to get together again in the near future.

*** For new students only there will be free introductory lessons on 11 September in Ghent and 12 September in Mortsel. New students who cannot make it on 11 or 12 September can also attend the lessons on 18 or 19 September for free. ***

From September onwards we will change the format of the courses in Ghent and Antwerp. There will be one single lesson from 19:30 - 21:00. We will begin with Taijiwuxigong exercises and at the end learn and practice the Taiji 13 short form for the new students and the Taiji 37 form for the existing students.
