What is better than practicing Ta**ra in nature, in a remote location, wild, and just next to a beautiful river. Do not expect a wellness retreat, but rather a beautiful, open spot to work outside, to do water meditations and dive into the deep end of your energy, connection and experiment…
This Summer Week offers you the opportunity to integrate the Ta**ra work into daily life. Living and working together opens up a space for realization: how does the practice resonate with my habits and stories? How do I really relate to myself and others? How does the energetic work we do change our view on our entangled lives?
We will practice Ancient Ta**ra Kriya Yoga (a revised yoga that is practiced in couple and in group, in which you move energy from body to body with every asana), couple meditations, dance meditations, we will sing and devise rituals for the water, the sun and the elements in and outside of our bodies. And most of all we will explore the alchemy of the Ta***ic body, the ebb and flow of energy coursing through our veins. In order to come to a deeper understanding, overcome limitations and programming and come home in ourselves.
A Ta**ra week gives us the time and the space to go deep in the practice, to find out what moves us and what triggers us. We practice together, getting up early for morning meditation, and ending the night maybe with a full moon practice, or a late night dive. We also cook together and keep the house and work space in shape.
Living together like that brings the practice much closer to home. You are no longer the consumer of an offering, but you take part in creating it. You work on intimacy with people you share a space with for a whole week. This makes the work gain in strength, as does the nature setting, and the privacy.

PRACTICALS:
Price: the price for the teachings this week is 480 euro. Early-Bird price: 400 euro (paid at the latest on 1/5/2026)
Accommodation: You can sleep in a tent, or get a bed in the dorm, or take a room at the B&B in the village. Camping out (with the use of the shower and the kitchen in the house) costs 15 euro per night, dorm bed at 20 euro. B&B prices on request.
Food: We prepare vegan food, and share the costs (150 euro for the week)
