JCI Belgium

JCI is a nonprofit organization of 170,000 young people aged between 18 and 40, present in 5,000 comm That’s how we help develop leaders for a changing world.

JCI Belgium helps young people turn ambition into leadership and ideas into action: our aim is to be the partner of the new generation to discover the world. The world needs people who don’t wait for change - but create it. Young generations everywhere share a common drive: to grow, to lead, and to make a difference that truly matters. Turning that drive into real impact takes more than ambition. It takes opportunity, perspective, and a community that believes in your potential. JCI offers a global network of emerging leaders who learn by doing, grow by sharing, and lead by acting. Across business, culture, and community, our members step up to challenge and improve themselves and each other - amplifying the skills, confidence, and connections to turn ideas into action. At JCI, you don’t join another network. You join a worldwide movement with more than a century of proven heritage - combining global reach, training opportunities, and an entrepreneurial mindset to empower leadership and a true sense of belonging.

► What does JCI give you? The chance to achieve more than you would have thought you were capable of as a young, active citizen, as a family, business, social and political leader. The framework to create a positive impact in your life, your business, your community and the life of many people all over the world.

🚀 JCI Belgium takes the stage at Odoo Experience 2026!
We’re proud to see JCI represented at one of Europe’s largest tech & business events.
On Friday, September 25, & Torben Gering will take the stage at Odoo Experience 2026 to share a story that lies at the heart of JCI: 🎤 JCI: From Learning by Doing to Leading with Impact
Because entrepreneurship and leadership aren’t learned from theory alone.

At JCI, young entrepreneurs and professionals get the opportunity to turn ideas into action, build teams, lead projects, take responsibility, make mistakes — and grow from them.

It’s learning by doing in its purest form.
And that’s exactly the message Simon and Torben will bring to Odoo Experience, alongside an impressive line-up of entrepreneurs, CEOs, innovators and well-known names such as Eden Hazard, Average Rob, Nafi Thiam and Odoo Founder & CEO Fabien Pinckaers.

A great opportunity to showcase what JCI stands for to thousands of entrepreneurs and professionals. 💪

📅 Friday, September 25
🕓 16:00 – 16:30
📍 Hall 6.C – Brussels Expo

There are SO many things happening in Belgium this September… 🇧🇪✨
But what if I told you there’s one place where, during one weekend, you can experience almost everything? 👀

Curious where? 👀

✨ This year, 9 members from Belgium had the opportunity to attend the European Academy! 🇪🇺💙
They can’t share all the content, but they told us it was a truly unique experience! 🌟 They learned a lot about themselves, gained new perspectives, and came back with tons of ideas for their chapters and region. 💡
And, as you can see… they definitely had a LOT of fun too! 😍🎉

Behind these 4 days is a whole team working hard to make the experience happen — and Belgium was proud to be part of it! 🇧🇪✨
A big shoutout to our 3 Belgian trainers F***y Hogge , Catherine Müller and Sara Franz who were part of the European Academy, and to Arne van Bel , who was part of the COC team! 🙌

Thank you for your commitment, energy, and for sharing your knowledge with everyone.

For JCI Belgium, June 18 is a day of remembrance.

Today, we honour the members of the Belgian delegation who lost their lives in the Staines air disaster while returning from the European Conference in 1972.

Many of us never had the chance to know them personally. Yet their legacy continues to shape our movement. Because of what they left behind, generations of JCI members have been able to grow, connect, lead, and create impact.

Take a moment to remember those who came before us and helped make our JCI journey possible.

❤️ Never forgotten.
