We are thrilled to announce that after more than four exciting years, the Women4IT initiative has successfully concluded! 🎉

Through the project, over 900 young women at risk of exclusion from the labour market across nine European countries received training in the ICT sector and career support measures such as mentoring and job shadowing sessions. As a result, more than 70% of participants found new jobs or continued their education in technology.

Although the project has ended, its impact and resources will continue to attract more women into the ICT field. The materials developed can be accessed for free and used to replicate the project in other countries and regions in Europe and beyond: https://women4it.eu/news-resources/resources/

We want to congratulate all trainees who participated in the pilots and thank all the organisations involved in the project. We also extend our thanks to EEA and Norway Grants for providing us with the opportunity to implement this initiative.

And now - let's prioritise diversity and inclusion in technology and witness how the tech sector becomes more inclusive day by day! 💻👩‍💻
