𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗔𝗣 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 🔥

Next to the actions and the release of the ERC new resuscitation guidelines, we continued with our regular lives - and our regular Train the Trainer courses 😏 Because life doesn’t wait, and cardiac arrests keep happening... we need to keep training ourselves!

In October, we trained 𝟵𝟱 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 who will pass this knowledge on to young people in their schools and clubs. 💪

A warm welcome to the project to the following football clubs and schools:
K. Sporting Club Mechelen
Home d'accueil permanent Comblain
SK Roeselare
Koninklijke Gooreind Voetbalvereniging
Kvv Schelde Serskamp-Schellebelle
VC Leest
FC Herne
Rekkem Sport
Stedelijke basisschool Belsele: Gavertje Vier
FCE Moortsele
V.K. Simikos
KEWS Schoonbeek - Beverst
SK Heusden 06

We encourage these clubs and schools to keep us informed about the trainings they organise internally.

❤️ Start CPR training early (ages 4–6): every child can learn to save a life!
🏫 Add annual CPR lessons to school programs.
💰 Consider low-cost manikins (like our Minipop 😉).
🌍 Educate the whole community on cardiac arrest awareness.
💻 Embrace blended and online learning, games, augmented reality to make training fun and flexible.
🗣️ Include feedback & debriefing, as they are key for learning and confidence!

💪 Together, we can build a world of lifesavers! 🫶💖
