An interesting article about mental health in this period of 'Weirdness'. This is a 'global trauma'. So if you feel weird or anxious it is because our routines have been broken abruptly, and that IS weird. Since we are all in the same boat worldwide, it definitely helps to talk about it and to not suffer in silence. Stay safe (also in your head)!

This may sound obvious but there are plenty of moments in life that seem endless. I found that, especially in burnout things may feel endless. But I can tell you they are not. They pass. It may take more time than you want but it WILL pass.
