ESN Eduk8

ESN Eduk8 is an international training project that inspires and motivates people all over the world.

Eduk8 is ESN’s international training project, which aims to empower ESN volunteers and invest in the development of their skills and competences through Non-Formal Education methods. An indirect aim of the project is to raise awareness of the benefits of Non-Formal Education in ESN and advocate for it. Also Eduk8 aims to create a pool of trainers empowered with the tools and knowledge needed to educate and develop fellow members in the network. Every day ESN’ers all over Europe, work hard to support and develop our colourful network and while doing so they gain new skills and competences. These skills and competences can be hard to identify and put words to and that is where Eduk8 can make a difference.

We are happy to introduce to You our new Advisory Team!🎉
For next year Karolis, Mikko, Margarita & Luismi will support the Eduk8 programme and the field of trainings in ESN from a perspective of the wise ones. They will be consulted on topics such as how can Eduk8 better support the training events in ESN, how to support NOs in crewting their own pools of trainers and much more. They will of course keep an eye on all the endorsement processes together with the Eduk8 Team. We can't wait to work with them!
At the same time we wanted to say a huge thank You to Kasia who has been in the Advisory Team for the last 2 years. We still hope to see her around as an active member of our community!

"One of my biggest plans and wishes is to be a part of the Starter content team 💛 I would also like to work on my ESN Senior Trainer application as I feel it is long due (which also means reflecting on my Study Session 2022 and NBM 2022 involvement) 😁 however, let’s take it one step at a time and first see each other at the Community Meeting."
