Each new member brings unique skills, experiences, and a deep commitment. We are excited to learn from one another, collaborate and collectively enhance our impact in the area of Non-Formal Education. 🔥

For the next few months, 5 amazing and motivated people will work hard to make Eduk8 an even better place to spread love for facilitation and share non-formal education in our Network and outside of it.

Let's meet our amazing Content Team for the upcoming Eduk8 Starter 2023!
This year, at the end of February the next edition of Eduk8 Starter takes place. Gaffar, Bengisu, Linda and Margarita have a vast and hands-on experience in training facilitation and preparation. There are no better people with whom our volunteers could to start a new adventure and become a facilitator and discover the secrets of non-formal education!

What is feedback?
There are many different answers varying from 'a gift', 'constructive word' to 'information'. What we all agree is that feedback is necessary for our further development! ✍️
And who can make better feedback than a professionals. Meet our new amazing feedback pool!
Olivia Parczyk, Konstantinos Balamatsias, Andrea Amaranto, Elena Barletta and Gabriel Angel Amarista Rodrigues we hope this mandate will provide development as well as fun for all of You!

At the beggining of November our ESN volunteers met in Cervia for our Autumn Training 2022!
Our Trainers, Mentors and Training Coordinator (You met them a few posts ago!) prepared and delivered 2 tracks full of workshops, session and discussions.
A big thank You to all of our participants, Content Team and Organisators for this amazing experience. 🤗

We are glad to announce that sign ups for the ESN Eduk8 Starter 2023 are open now!
This year, our training for trainers event will focus on the topic of 💬building youths’ voice against racism and discrimination.💬

Registration is in two parts:

While we are having a peaceful weekend some of our Eduk8ers are making next step forward in their NFE career!
From 8th to 12th of November Daniela, Jeremias, Kat, Flora, Tereza, Chiara and Christina are in Cervia to deliver the Autumn Training!🤩
Daniela and Jeremias are delivering workshops on Mental Health and International Students track,👩🏼‍🤝‍🧑🏽👩🏾‍🤝‍🧑🏽 while Flora and Kat are trainers on Mental Health and Youth Organisations track.💁‍♀️🙋‍♂️ During their sessions Tereza and Chiara are there to provide the best feedback for our Eduk8ers and Christina is coordinating whole Autumn Training. Alkistis is also at the venue providing help with logistics of the event.
Sounds like they have a pretty amazing event in Italy right now!🎈

At the end of September our ESN Eduk8ers met in Brno for Community Training.🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️
We took part in workshops dedicated to trainers and mentors & exchange of the best practice. Thanks to the consultation processes we have many new ideas for further development of the Eduk8 Programme. Thanks to our amazing organizers from ESN MENDELU Brno the event took place in a stunning city in Czech Republic.
This weekend was full of useful knowledge, wonderful people and beautiful memories.🎈

We are happy to introduce to You our new Advisory Team!🎉
For next year Karolis, Mikko, Margarita & Luismi will support the Eduk8 programme and the field of trainings in ESN from a perspective of the wise ones. They will be consulted on topics such as how can Eduk8 better support the training events in ESN, how to support NOs in crewting their own pools of trainers and much more. They will of course keep an eye on all the endorsement processes together with the Eduk8 Team. We can't wait to work with them!
At the same time we wanted to say a huge thank You to Kasia who has been in the Advisory Team for the last 2 years. We still hope to see her around as an active member of our community!

We are absolutely delighted to announce our new Junior Trainer! 🥳
Margarita proved to possess all required skills and competences. Advisory Team had no doubts and decided to endorse her to join Eduk8 Pool of ESN Junior Trainers!

"One of my biggest plans and wishes is to be a part of the Starter content team 💛 I would also like to work on my ESN Senior Trainer application as I feel it is long due (which also means reflecting on my Study Session 2022 and NBM 2022 involvement) 😁 however, let’s take it one step at a time and first see each other at the Community Meeting."
