Real experiences. Real transformations.

Gravity is always present.
What changes is how we relate to it.

GFP is a somatic training rooted in falling, listening and non-resistance — a practice of meeting gravity as an organizing intelligence rather than a problem to solve.

Designed for educators and facilitators, the program invites a deep reorientation of posture, tone and perception through direct embodied experience.

The upcoming cycle begins in Brussels this March and continues with an advanced residency in Spain.

"I’m bringing two worlds together

Play-Fight & GFP — A Deeper Step

This new workshop format grows from the Gravitational Field Principle — the ground that allows Play-Fight to appear in its most honest form. Through falling and yielding, we attune to gravity until the body reorganizes on its own. The connection becomes quiet, alive, and responsive. Play-Fight emerges not as a friendly fight, but as a mirror to our inner compensations, blind spots, and old patterns.

In 2026, I’ll bring this exploration to:

Vienna — 24 - 25 January
Paris — 7 - 8 February
Zurich — 14 - 15 February

More details in the images."

🗓️ Play-Fight workshop with Bruno Caverna - 14th - 15th June
✅ Registration: play-fight.com/vienna

ABOUT PRACTICE AND TOPICS

Play-Fight is one of the pillars of Formless Arts. The practice weaves physicality with movement philosophy, shedding awareness into the unconscious resistances towards the gravitational force and the pervasive fear of falling (physically and existentially) that appears as an inherent human condition.

TO WHOM

Open level, that's to say, the practice welcomes everyone sincerely curious to embark on a deep and fine self-knowledge practice through physicality, playfulness and embodied philosophy.
