This retreat is centered around Movement with a capital M, exploring both aerial and ground-based practices through aerial silks, calisthenics, movement flows, hand balancing, mobility, and coordination.

You’ll build strength, body awareness, and neuromuscular connection while learning the foundations of simple to more advanced movements in a playful, creative, and supportive environment.
