Minister van Justitie Koen Geens kondigt de oprichting van een internationale Engelstalige handelsrechtbank in Brussel aan. Die rechtbank, die “Brussels International Business Court” (“BIBC”) zal heten, zal internationale handelsgeschillen tussen bedrijven behandelen.
