The last CARIBU staff mobility of the project! Joanna, Head of International Relations at Silesian University of Technology, Poland is currently visiting the National University of the Samoa to explore further cooperation agreements.

On June 1st, the last monitoring session was held at the VUB. It was an interesting afternoon. Students exchanged ideas for their future careers, ranging from PhD, to finding jobs, or taking a little break. Also, personal statements about the Caribu experience were shared. Thank you all for coming, and we would like to wish all Caribu grant holders good luck with their exams or finishing their research at their universities.

During the first week of April, all participating universities came to Uganda for the final meeting of the CARIBU project. A wonderful melting pot of cultures from all over the world. Exchange of experiences, memories and ideas were shared regarding CARIBU. A four year project, delivering lifetime recollections to all its participants.

This week CARIBU held a monitoring session for the VUB students.
A nice afternoon where information was provided and a very interesting exchange of personal experiences and statements on living and studying abroad!

Attending classes, conducting research, writing papers... The second semester has taken off. Time flies and the spring is around the corner, enjoy your last months abroad before heading back home. We wish you all the best of luck for the coming months and do not forget to relax from time to time!

- Copy of diplomas (BA/Bsc. degree)
- Copy of transcripts of records (BA/Bsc degree + completed semesters at Masters level)
- Learning agreement
- Recommendation letter
- Declaration on honor
- Copy of valid passport

Extra call for applications for MASTER EXCHANGE semester students will open from October 17 to October 31, 2016.
This call is ONLY for students from the CARIBU partner institutions. It will fund scholarships for semester mobility during the 2016-17 academic year. Mobility will start in December 2016 and finish in July 2017 at the latest.
