If you applied for the EPSO AD5 Graduates competition, this update is important for your preparation strategy 🇪🇺

EPSO has announced a change in the testing procedure, and candidates will now go through the selection process in two stages.

Part 1 — October/November 2026
The first stage will focus on the verbal, numerical and abstract reasoning tests, completed in one testing session.

Part 2 — 2027
Only candidates who pass Part 1 will be invited to the remaining tests: the EU knowledge test, digital skills test, and the free-text essay on EU matters.

My advice: adjust your preparation accordingly. Start by building a strong method for the reasoning tests, then plan your preparation for the second stage with enough time and structure.
