# # # Walking in Prosperity: The Real Secret to Building Wealth
It's incredibly straightforward to build lasting wealth.
What's truly challenging is unlearning the misconceptions we've been taught about money.
I've spent years reflecting on one key question:
Why do so many people struggle financially?
The answer is straightforward—yet it can be hard to accept.
Most people fail to distinguish between **real money** and **fake money**.
I learned this powerful lesson as a teenager.
Up until 1964, U.S. dimes, quarters, and half-dollars were made with real silver.
In 1965, the government switched them to copper-nickel clad coins.
Same face value on the outside.
Completely different intrinsic value on the inside.
That's when I understood **Gresham's Law**:
"Bad money drives out good." When debased (lower-value) money is introduced alongside good money, people hoard the good and spend the bad—causing real money to vanish from circulation.
I didn't learn this in college or from an MBA.
I learned it by simply paying attention.
I started collecting pre-1965 silver coins instead of holding onto regular dollars.
Not because I was a genius—but because I was curious.
Later, I came home to find my collection gone.
My mother had spent it all.
That's when it really sank in:
Many people—often without realizing it—can't tell good money from bad.
They work hard for fiat currency.
They save fiat currency.
They trust fiat currency.
Today, governments print trillions with ease.
And every time they do:
• Those holding real assets grow wealthier
• Those holding fake money lose purchasing power
This is why the wealth gap continues to widen.
It's not about formal education.
It's not just about hard work.
It's not even about raw intelligence.
It's about **financial education** and understanding true value.
Silver hasn't skyrocketed in value.
Gold hasn't magically increased.
Bitcoin hasn't grown out of thin air.
The dollar has simply lost value over time due to inflation and debasement.
That's the key distinction.
I don't work just for fake money.
I work to acquire **real assets**:
• Real estate
• Factories
And agri-commodity businesses and farms and food brands.
I only invest in what I deeply understand and believe in.
That's the foundation.
Building wealth isn't complex.
Stop earning and saving primarily in depreciating currency.
Start owning assets that hold or appreciate in real value.
The reason the prosperous continue to prosper is simple:
They know what real money truly is.
And now, you can too.
