In light of the expected announcement tomorrow in Oslo of the Nobel Peace Prize winner, the co-heads of the Tahadhari Center - which deals with socio-political processes aimed at establishing cooperation between countries in the region on climate and environmental issues - has published an opinion piece on the subject of 'What is between climate and peace' that referring to President Trump's speech at the UN General Assembly several weeks ago.
We hope that after two bloody years of war, the current days leading up to the signing of the agreement between Israel and Hamas, the conditions have been created not only for the release of the hostages and a ceasefire - but also for sustainable peace in the Middle East. The article by Carmit Lubanov and Mark Causon, discussed the above issues, and these are also the core topics that Tahadhari Center will address in the coming year, a 'climate of peace' in the Middle East and keep the climate and migration issues in the Euro-Med region on the international agenda, whoever will be awarded.

Help us reflect on GNDR’s current strategy!

We are inviting and partners across the GNDR network to take part in a series of interviews and focus group discussions as part of an independent review of GNDR’s 2020–2025 Strategy.

Your insights will help us better understand:
🟠 How the current strategy has worked in practice
🟠 What has supported or challenged your engagement
🟠 How GNDR’s actions have influenced change in your context

We are particularly looking for diverse voices across:
🟠 Regions and languages
🟠 Member types and levels of engagement
🟠 Social identities (e.g. youth, women, Indigenous, persons with disabilities) partner roles
🟠 Representatives of Member organisations

Participation is entirely voluntary. Conversations will be held online and take around 60–90 minutes. All responses will remain confidential and anonymised.
