Over the course of the EANS Basic Endovascular Course for Neurosurgeons, which took place on 8–9 June in Barcelona, 27 international delegates and 14 faculty members participated in expert-led lectures, case discussions, and hands-on learning experiences, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange across borders.
