We are happy to invite you to TO⇆Gather, a two-day gathering dedicated to self-care, collective care, and embodied connection.

Taking place in the heart of Brussels, this weekend is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with the body, and explore how we can stay grounded together in the midst of everyday intensity.

Through somatic abolitionism, social justice somatics, mindfulness, Process Work, sound healing, rituals, and creative practices, we will create a space for connection, presence, and integration.

💆🏽‍♀️ Florence Fondo – massage therapist with 25 years’ experience, connecting body and emotion
🦶🏽 Bayah – reflexologist whose own healing inspired his life’s work
🧘🏾‍♂️ Sadiq – yoga and movement guide offering us a Wago session (yoga on water)

Each brings their heart, skill, and local knowledge to support your journey of realignment and rest.

It’s a space for mindfulness, movement, voice, and creative expression , a chance to begin the year grounded, inspired, and connected to your true self.

Today I’m singing a new chapter.
After years of trying to balance both… I’ve let go of my job to fully serve my community.
