Artificial Intelligence or Artificial Idiocy?

AI won’t stop. It won’t slow down. The real question is: will it make us smaller… or greater?

Right now, humanity is quietly splitting into two groups:

1️⃣ Those who let AI think for them.
AI writes their emails, shapes their opinions, filters their world.
It feels comfortable, until the mind stops doing the heavy lifting.
Curiosity fades. Judgment weakens. The inner intelligence atrophies.
2️⃣ Those who use AI to think better.
They challenge, question, build, simulate, create.
For them, AI is not a shortcut. It’s a multiplier.
They learn faster, understand deeper, and expand beyond their limits.

This is the real divide emerging today: the assisted vs. the amplified.

And if we’re not careful, our information ecosystem can collapse into noise: AI learning from AI, humans reacting without thinking, truth dissolving under the weight of infinite content.

The danger is not AI replacing humans.
The danger is humans stopping to think.

So the choice is ours:

Do we let AI think instead of us?
Or do we use AI to think beyond ourselves?

Reflection is a muscle.
Use it.
Train it.
Challenge it.

AI will become more powerful.

The question is: will we?

The moment I stopped chasing and started attracting

A few years ago, I found myself in a frustrating cycle. I was chasing every opportunity I could find — endless networking events, emails, proposals. I thought that with enough effort, something would eventually click.

But it didn’t. Instead, I felt drained, and the results stayed stubbornly out of reach.

Then a mentor asked me a question that shifted everything:

"What if you focused on becoming the kind of person opportunities are drawn to, instead of running after them?"

That moment triggered a real change.

I stopped scattering my energy outward and began investing in myself: refining my skills, sharing insights openly, and focusing on building authentic relationships — without trying to force outcomes.

Over time, opportunities started appearing naturally. Instead of convincing people to work with me, I found partners who genuinely wanted to collaborate. Misfortune gave way to true engagement and commitment.

Looking back, the lesson is simple:
When you stop chasing and start growing, the right people and opportunities find you.

Grande-Bretagne vs France : Deux cultures, deux façons d’appréhender l’incertitude.

En me baladant dans Paris cette semaine, je repense à cette différence fondamentale entre l’esprit anglo-saxon et l’esprit latin.

L’Anglais n’a pas peur de l’incertitude. Il l’embrasse, il avance. Brexit ? Un saut dans le vide, certes, mais assumé.

Le Français, lui, a une approche bien différente : il veut contrôler, anticiper, éliminer le risque avant d’agir. Résultat : des projets qui s’éternisent ou qui n’aboutissent jamais faute de garanties absolues. Regardez la dernière centrale nucléaire : on veut la perfection… et on obtient surtout un budget explosé et des délais interminables.

Et pourtant, le risque ultime, c’est peut-être de ne jamais oser ?

En tant que sparring partner en interculturalité, mon rôle est souvent de faire prendre conscience de ces biais culturels. Dans un monde qui évolue à toute vitesse, peut-on vraiment se permettre d’attendre d’avoir toutes les réponses avant d’agir ?
