🇪🇺Last month, the project was presented at the EESC - European Economic and Social Committee , and many of the migrant women entrepreneurs who have been part of the ATHENA project accompanied us at this inspiring event. It was a meeting full of success stories, experts, entrepreneurs, and future AMIF project ideas.

🤗We are very proud of the results obtained, which have far exceeded the numbers we set ourselves a few years ago. We are very grateful to all the partners who have accompanied us and the support teams in each country.

Last Thursday and Friday, the shared the results and successful experiences from the past two years at the EESC - European Economic and Social Committee. On Thursday, we were delighted with the participation of experts in entrepreneurship, migration, inclusion, digital skills, and European financing.

A delegate from The Association Of Ukrainian Women in Belgium, Oleksandra Jacquemin, participated today in the event "Entrepreneurship as a path to socio-economic inclusion of migrant women". A joint event was organized by the European Economic and Social Committee and Digital Leadership Institute International.

At this event, the Athena Project results and policy recommendations were presented and discussed with European stakeholders and policymakers. This was done in order to support and enhance the entrepreneurship of migrant women. During the event, policymakers talked about the findings of their project. They also discussed the needs of immigrant women across Europe, and the ways to encourage immigrant women to start a business in the European Union. The Coordinator of the Athena project in the Chamber of Commerce of Seville Pablo Morales said that "we need to do more to integrate immigrant women into European society."

We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to pursue their dreams and create a better future for themselves and their families. That's why we're committed to supporting initiatives like this, which inspire and empower women to reach their full potential. By empowering immigrant women, we're not only helping them achieve economic independence, but also contributing to the growth and prosperity of our communities.
