Many business executives don't have time to practice their English and then when the need arises to use it they become uncomfortable. The solution is to speak with an experienced business person that knows and understands business situations. This involves speaking about all aspects of a business whether it be about HR, financials, strategy, managing, leading or organizational change. Using a sounding board approach helps the executive to grow their confidence in a natural way and extends their use of vocabulary to another level. As it is an ongoing process that uses face-to-face (lunches, dinners, meetings), presentations, telephone conversations and email communications the executive "practices" their use of English in formal and informal business environments. The result is expanded use of existing vocabulary, new vocabulary, improved understanding of expressions (idioms), improved accuracy and a significant boost in confidence.
