"I started the Psychology course at the VUB in 2017 (later in my master's degree, more specifically work and organizational psychology) and completed this course in 2022. Because I was interested in an even more complete picture of an organization, I started the Business Administration course as a working student in September 2022. I have consciously chosen to spread this training over 3 years, so that (if everything goes well) I will graduate in 2025. As an organizational psychologist, I have found that people often derive a lot of energy from certainty and predictability in life. Insurance is a product that offers organizations this security for piece, which means you also help the people within the organization. Also, Howden is a company that looks primarily at emotional intelligence, which means that you are surrounded by individuals who have a large amount of expertise on the one hand, but also a portion of people skills on the other. These things made me choose Howden."
