You are enough. Period.
That has been my screensaver for quite some time now. It reminds me to stand still and live in the now. Enjoy everything that is happening. It is a journey and progress always pays off. But sometimes we expect things to happen quicker. And then it’s good to remember that it is enough. You are enough.

98% of what we fear actually never happens. Why should you always be thinking of the worst that can happen?
I know it overcomes us all. All of the sudden we are in a negative thinking spiral. We think if we slept bad this night, tomorrow will be the same. We fear that bad events will keep occurring in our life.
I want to tell that you can break that cycle! You can welcome gratitude and positivity into your life. When you start looking at the world through a different lens, a positive one, you attract positive events.

Must know tips to reduce stress and anxiety!
Sometimes, when I come home from work, I just feel like having a class of wine. And there is nothing wrong with that, but know there are other ways to reduce your stress!
You can definitely do a short physical exercice or simply go for a walk to clear your head.

Amazing exercice!
You need to be your biggest fan. When no one else is cheering, be your own cheerleader!
Think about what it is about you as a human being that you love. Perhaps your unique style? Your ideas? Way of working? Solving complex problems? Your dance moves? How you are with animals? That awesome meal you cooked? Knowing all the lyrics of a Disney song?
It can be anything what you love about yourself. Accept yourself as you are.
For me, it helps me heal my limiting belief that I am not enough. Which I am, I am enough!

10 must know tips for a confidence boost!
I used to have low self esteem. Did not find myself attractive, smart or rich enough. Just in total did not find that I was ENOUGH.
Self development is key in growing your confidence. No one is born with a lot of confidence, it’s build daily.
Everyday you can grow your self esteem. It might look scary, but it is totally worth it!!
Confidence is namely key to have a solid relationship and finding one; when you apply for a job and in being assertive and protecting your boundaries.

It’s about what you tell to yourself and what you do for yourself.
Private victories are the thoughest and proudest ones.
It’s you against you.
Everything that is shared on social media, is quite nice and all, but to receive this medal, I pushed myself and did not quit. Friday (21km) and Saturday (17km) in the Dolomites in Italy for Climbing for life.
It was not a walk in the park, that I can assure you. I felt so grateful, for every step, every climb, every breath and of course finishing it and receiving this medal.
