After representing Hungary at our 2024 Summer School in Warsaw, Ágota Ráhel Tóth 🇭🇺 is already turning her vision into meaningful impact. 💫🚀

Alongside her work as a communications specialist, Ágota co-founded Y-Side, a social enterprise bringing a more human, transparent and supportive approach to recruitment.

By giving young professionals a voice and helping companies better understand candidates’ real struggles and expectations, Ágota is helping open up new routes to opportunity.

The European Leadership Academy equips leaders for life. Where are our students now?

After attending the 2023 Summer School for Female Leadership in the Digital Age in Valencia, Hanna Höijer 🇫🇮 went on to found a purpose-driven initiative using storytelling for impact.

As Co-founder and Executive Lead of CRUX Productions, a youth-led non-profit film collective, Hanna brings forward stories that spark social and environmental transformation. In collaboration with NGOs, CRUX captures and amplifies the work that truly matters in a world full of noise.

Her journey is a powerful reminder that leadership takes many forms, and that creativity, when guided by purpose, can become a force for meaningful change.

It’s inspiring to see our building initiatives with intention, using their voices, and shaping conversations across borders.

This is what it looks like when leadership continues long after the programme ends.

Our Schools are only the beginning of a lifelong journey. Where are our students now?

A transformative connection during the 2022 Winter School in Nice became a shared vision for Cecilia Liu 🇳🇱 and Cara Doumbe Kingue 🇫🇷, who joined forces to launch an initiative tackling one of today’s most urgent digital challenges.

As Co-Founders of the Right to Dignity Alliance, Cara and Cecilia work to protect individuals from AI misuse, including deepfakes. They advocate faster removal of harmful content, stronger platform accountability, and real, enforceable protections.

Their work highlights the power of collaboration in shaping technology that is responsible, ethical, and grounded in human needs.

We are proud to see our shaping conversations on digital dignity, privacy, and trust, while building initiatives that matter.

This is exactly the kind of partnership the European Leadership Academy set out to inspire.
