Meet Marie-Estel ✨
Our Hospitality Management superstar is currently doing her internship at the fabulous on the iconic Promenade des Anglais in Nice 🇫🇷.
She’s one of 9 VIVES Hotel Management interns gaining hands-on experience across the city of Nice, each building their future in the hospitality industry.
Marie-Estel is working hard on a future that looks just as bright and sunny as the weather on the Côte d’Azur.

✨ From Sevilla to Málaga with our second-year students! ✨
This January, our Hospitality and Culinary Arts students embarked on an unforgettable study trip through sunny Andalucía.
One of the highlights? A hands-on cooking workshop at El Mercado del Porvenir in Sevilla. 👩🍳🧑🍳
We split the group and dove into the vibrant world of Spanish cuisine. Students learned to prepare iconic dishes such as gazpacho, tortillas, and a flavorful chicken & rice dish.
For our Culinary Arts students, this was familiar territory—they felt right at home behind the cutting boards. 🔪✨
Our Hospitality students stepped out of their comfort zone, gave it their best… and definitely enjoyed tasting the results afterwards! 😋
A trip filled with teamwork, new skills, and lots of delicious moments. We’ll take you with us during the next couple of weeks! 🇪🇸❤️

An inspiring visit with our second-year Hotel Management students to ✨🏨.
During this visit, our students had the opportunity to explore the hotel and enjoy a guided tour of several guest rooms, meeting and event spaces, and restaurants 👀🛏️🍽️
Our Culinary Arts students were given an additional exclusive visit to 👨🍳⭐, gaining valuable insight into fine dining at the highest level.

What an inspiring session with Giacomo Monti, Duty Manager at The Ritz London.
Giacomo shared the story of his career journey in one of the most iconic hotels in the world . His honesty, energy and passion for the industry made the talk incredibly engaging for our students.
We also got a behind-the-scenes look at life inside The Ritz London and what it takes to deliver true luxury service every single day.
And as a perfect finale… Giacomo prepared the house specialty live: the legendary Crêpe Suzette. A bit of theatre, a lot of skill, and a delicious ending to an inspiring guest lecture.
