For 3 weeks last month, I took part in an immersive summer institute for educators through the South Jersey Chamber of Commerce. We learned about job opportunities in the region, toured multiple places of business, and networked with individuals looking to hire our students. When people say “it must be nice to have summers off,” it’s important to know that most of us are always learning for our students and looking to be better at what we do!
