Terugblik op onze workshop M&A & Due Diligence met Eubelius!

Op 5 mei organiseerde ELSA Antwerpen, in samenwerking met Eubelius, een interactieve workshop rond mergers & acquisitions en due diligence.

Na een kennismaking met de belangrijkste principes van M&A en het due diligence-proces kregen de deelnemers de kans om zich voor te bereiden op een praktijkgerichte casus. Vervolgens namen zij plaats aan de onderhandelingstafel en ervaarden zij van dichtbij hoe een transactie tot stand komt.

De avond werd afgesloten met een gezellige afterdrink, waar er verder kon worden nagepraat en genetwerkt.

We bedanken Eubelius voor het delen van hun expertise en alle deelnemers voor hun enthousiaste deelname!

We are offering Belgian master law students a trip to London to find out what it’s like to work for us. The two-day visit covers everything you need to know about the type of matters we work on, the clients we work with and the training we offer you in Brussels and internationally.


After visiting our Brussels office on Friday morning – where you will be joined by fellow law students and a team of Freshfields’ associates, counsels and partners – you will travel to London where we will introduce you to our firm, our various practice groups and our team. This will be followed by dinner and, on Saturday, some informal activities.

We welcome applications from candidates with excellent language skills, high academic results and an interest in working for a large, international firm.
