John C. Maxwell has helped change the lives of millions of individuals all around the world. It all started when he invested in himself after saving up the money to do so for six months.

As a leader, it is vital that you care about your team. Not only is it the right thing to do, but it will greatly improve the overall performance of your organization and attract the right candidates to your company.

In what is being called "The Great Resignation," it can seem hard or impossible to attract good talent.

To attract top talent to your organization, you don't need a perfect marketing or recruiting campaign. You first must care about your people and invest in them actively.

Caring about your people is always he right thing to do.

Time for New Year's resolutions

With so many negative and discouraging things happening in the world, it is important to point out what we are grateful for. No matter what is happening in our lives, there are always aspects that we can be thankful for.

When we view the world in this way, it overflows into our work and allows us to lead others well and get things done without focusing on external circumstances.

During this time of Covid, we have all been placed in a unique circumstance that allows us to re-think why we do what we do.

If you are not making an impact in the lives of those around you through your career and fulfilling your dreams and goals, then it might be time for a change. Take a moment to think about if what you are currently doing is allowing you to become a better leader, or if you are simply going through the motions.

At LMI we desire to change the world, one leader at a time. If you believe in this vision, then we would love to hear from you.
