👉 Healthcare providers (HCPs) play a key role in delivering information about vaccines to the public, which in turn greatly influences the decision-making process for vaccinating. However, it has become increasingly clear that not all HCPs are equally well equipped with information, knowledge and support, to perform this important task. Within the EU Joint Action on Vaccination, we want to improve responses to vaccination challenges in a sustainable way.

🤓 Knowledge on vaccination starts with education. Therefore, we want to investigate the topic of vaccines in the curriculum of future HCPs in Europe. For this purpose, we have developed an online survey that targets medical, pharmacy, nurse and midwife students. The specific aims are to investigate (1) awareness on vaccination recommendations, (2) vaccinology in the curriculum and (3) attitudes towards vaccines.

📢 We are looking for medical, pharmacy, nurse and midwife students to fill in our ** Student Survey on Vaccine Hesitancy **

Why? With the Centre for the Evaluation of Vaccination, we are part of the consortium of the EU Joint Action on Vaccination. Our contribution is situated at the level of education on vaccination of pre- and in- service healthcare workers in Europe. In order to estimate how the topic of vaccination is organised within the curricula of future healthcare workers.

The specific goal of the survey is to question medical, pharmacy, nurse and midwife students on:

✏️ Their awareness on vaccination recommendations
✏️ Vaccinology in their curriculum and
✏️ Their attitudes towards vaccines

Participation will take less than 5 minutes.

Thank you in advance for your help and to share the survey!
