International School of Belgium caters for ages 2.5-18, following IPC, the IGCSE, and IB. Education is delivered in English with Dutch and French also offered.

We had such an amazing time celebrating the Korean Chuseok Festival at the EY Centre! EY and Class 1 came together to collaborate, and it was truly magical thanks to our amazing Korean families. They helped guide our students through the history, shared stunning traditional dress, and treated us to delicious food. We are so happy and endlessly grateful for our wonderful school community. Thank you!

The admissions process should help parents make an informed school decision, not make the process more complicated.

ISBe begins by inviting prospective families to arrange a personal campus visit through the Admissions Department, providing an opportunity to see the school and ask questions directly.

Families then complete and submit the required admission documents. Once those documents are in order, the application is processed and, subject to enrolment availability, the child is allocated to a classroom and an enrolment acceptance letter is issued.

Can you guess what Class 1 is looking at in the bushes? Swipe through the photos to find out what Ms. Irina found in the school building this morning, a little visitor who was clearly not in the right environment!
She decided to wait for her class so they could help return this little guy to nature, where he belongs, safe and unharmed.
It is so important that our teachers are positive role models for their students. Teaching children to respect nature and animals, as well as the people around them, is an important part of everyday learning.
Class 1 absolutely loved the experience and was fascinated to observe where the little newt went after they carefully released it among the plants.

For a family relocating internationally, choosing a school involves several practical questions at once.

ISBe accepts students during the academic year, provides specialised support for learners with English as an Additional Language, and offers school transportation from various locations across Antwerp, Mechelen and Brussels.

International relocations do not always happen conveniently in August or September.

ISBe therefore accommodates students joining during the course of the academic year. The school publishes pro-rata tuition reductions for later entry, beginning with a 40% reduction for students joining in January or February and increasing for subsequent months.

Once the required admission documents have been submitted, applications are processed and classroom allocation is made according to enrolment availability.

For families relocating to Belgium mid-year, the school conversation does not have to wait until the following academic session.
