4. Birth certificate English a lagbe ( Union Porishod a Kora jay)

(NB: 1,2,3,4 no. K paltan press club er samne theke photocopy gulo k (15-20tk per page nibe) notary Kora lagbe.

Then 1,2,3 k first a education ministry theke attestation korabe.
4, k law ministry te attestation korabe.
Then 1,2,3,4 k foreign ministry theke attestation korabe.

5. Medical Certificate
6. IELTS/MOI Jodi thake
7. Passport copy
8. Recent passport photograph
