🖍️পরোক্ষ পদ্ধতি:-
পরোক্ষ পদ্ধতিতে কাউন্ট নির্ণয়ের সূত্র
স্যাম্পল সুতার দৈর্ঘ্য × ওজনের একক ÷ স্যাম্পল সুতার ওজন × দৈর্ঘ্যের একক [ সূত্র ]

📗পরোক্ষ পদ্ধতির কাউন্ট গুলো :-

1. ইংলিশ কটন কাউন্ট
2. মেট্রিক কাউন্ট
3. কন্টিনেন্টাল কাউন্ট
4. উরস্টেড কাউন্ট

✓ইংলিশ কটন কাউন্ট:-
ইংলিশ কটন কাউন্ট কে (Ne) দিয়ে প্রকাশ করা হয়।

ইংলিশ কটন কাউন্ট (Ne) = ১০০০ ÷ ১২০ গজ সুতার ওজন (গ্রেইনে) [ সূত্র ]

✓মেট্রিক কাউন্ট:-
মেট্রিক কাউন্ট কে (Nm) দিয়ে প্রকাশ করা হয়।

মেট্রিক কটন কাউন্ট (Nm) = সিম্পল সুতার দৈর্ঘ্য (মিটারে) × ১ কেজি ÷ স্যাম্পল সুতার ওজন (কেজিতে) × ১০০০ মিটার [ সূত্র ]

✓কন্টিনেন্টাল কাউন্ট:-
কন্টিনেন্টাল কাউন্ট কে (Nf) দিয়ে প্রকাশ করা হয়।

কন্টিনেন্টাল কাউন্ট (Nf) = স্যাম্পল দৈর্ঘ্য (মিটারে) × ০.৫ কেজি ÷ স্যাম্পল ওজন (কেজিতে) × ১০০০ মিটার [ সূত্র ]

✓উরস্টেড কাউন্ট:-
উরস্টেড কাউন্ট কে (Nw) দিয়ে প্রকাশ করা হয়

উরস্টেড কাউন্ট (Nw) = স্যাম্পল দৈর্ঘ্য (গজে) × ১ পাউন্ড ÷ স্যাম্পল ওজন (পাউন্ডে) × ৫৬০ গজ [ সূত্র ]

টেক্স কাউন্ট কে (t) দিয়ে প্রকাশ করা হয়।

টেক্সট কাউন্ট (t) = স্যাম্পল সুতার ওজন (গ্রামে) × ১০০০ মিটার ÷ স্যাম্পল সুতার দৈর্ঘ্য (মিটার) × ১ গ্রাম [ সূত্র ]

✓ডেনিয়ার কাউন্ট:-
ডেনিয়ার কাউন্ট কে (d) দিয়ে প্রকাশ করা হয়।

ডেনিয়ার কাউন্ট (d) = স্যাম্পল ওজন (গ্রামে) × ৯০০০ মিটার ÷ স্যাম্পল দৈর্ঘ্য (মিটারে) × ১ গ্রাম [ সূত্র ]

✓জুট কাউন্ট:-
জুট কাউন্ট কে (L) দিয়ে প্রকাশ করা হয়।

জুট কাউন্ট (L) = স্যাম্পল ওজন (পাউন্ডে) × ১৪৪০০ গজ ÷ স্যাম্পল দৈর্ঘ্য (গজে) × ১ পাউন্ড

📂 Different price fixation Process in garment industry:

>There are 5 types of price quote methods that are widely used in price fixation process in apparel industry.

🖍️ FOB (Free on board):
Exporter does not bear the cost of freight of ship or air
It is buyer who himself bear the freight

🖍️ C&F (Cost & Freight):
Free on board+ freight= c & f
In this case ship or air freight is carried by the exporter while quoting price.
This price a bit higher than FOB

🖍️ CIF (Cost, insurance & Freight):
C & f + insurance = CIF
In this case in addition to the bearing of freight, the cost of insurance is also borne by the exporter.

🖍️ CM (Cost of making):
Manufacturing or exporter will get only making charge of that garment
Fabric, trimming, accessories and other materials is supplied by the buyer

🖍️ CMT (Cost of manufacturing and trimming):
Manufacture or exporter will get the making charge and at the same time will get the trimming acost

🖋️Job Description of a Garments Quality Manager:

🔹Develop, manage implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality Assurance Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
🔹Assisting technicians with checking patterns/specification and construction, identifying and resolving production impracticalities in an appropriately timely manner, and to make a final decision on quality according to company standards and requirements.
🔹Supervise in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on the production.
🔹Monitored QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments. Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
🔹Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory
Provide enough quality control seminars and coaching for company trainees
🔹Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling
Production planning & machine maintenance and also proper utilized MMR
🔹To give size set sample approval
🔹To conduct a pre-production meeting
🔹Doing In-line inspection to check the quality
🔹Follow up Pre- Final inspection
🔹To keep all necessary documents and quality SOP
🔹To provide approval such as print, embroidery, wash & as per required by the buying house.
🔹To maintain all discipline and compliance issue
🔹Lead all quality staff and GPQ
🔹Ultimately ensure final product quality

সি,বি,এম এর অর্থ হচ্ছে কিউবিক মিটার। নিম্নলিখিত উপায়ে ১কাটুন মালের সি,বি,এম নির্ণয় করা যায়। কাটুনের (দৈর্ঘ Xপ্রস্থXউচ্চতা)/১০ ০০ ০০০

৩ ধ রনের Container পাওয়া যায়।

(১) ২০" Normal Container যাতে ২৭-২৯ CBM মাল ধরে।

(২) 40" Normal Container যাতে ৫৪-৫৬ CBM মাল ধরে।

(৩)40" Container যাতে ৬৪-৬৭ CBM মাল ধরে।

সাধারনত ২ ভাবে Container ভাড়া করা হয়

(1)FCL: Full Container Load

(2)LCL: Light Container Load
