সফটটেক আইটিতে ওয়েব ডিজাইন এবং ওয়ার্ডপ্রেস কোর্স এ ক্লাস নেয়ার জন্য ৭ জন ক্লাস ভিত্তিক ও ৫ জন ফুল টাইম ভিত্তিক অভিজ্ঞ ফ্রিল্যান্সার খুঁজছি যারা খুব যত্ন সহকারে ক্লাস নিবে এবং সাবলীল ভাবে স্টুডেন্টদের বুঝাবে ।

যেসব দায়িত্ব পালন করতে হবেঃ

১/ খুবই যত্ন সহকারে সাবলীল ভাষায় ২ ঘণ্টা ৩০ মিনিট করে ক্লাস নেয়া ।
২/ স্টুডেন্টদের যেকোন সমস্যায় বিনয়ের সাথে তাদেরকে তাৎক্ষনিক সাহায্য করার চেষ্টা করা ।
২/ সফটটেক আইটি ইন্সটিটিউট এর প্রাক্তন স্টুডেন্ট হলে অগ্রাধিকার পাবেন
৩/ দায়িত্বের সাথে স্টুডেন্টদের সকল অ্যাসাইনমেন্ট চেক করা ।
৪/ ক্লাস শেষে স্টুডেন্টদেরকে ক্লাস এর রেকর্ডিং সরবরাহ করা ।
৫/ সকল স্টুডেন্টকে একজন সফল ফ্রিল্যান্সার হয়ে উঠার জন্য সঠিকভাবে গাইড করা ।
৬/ অবশ্যই সপ্তাহে ৫ দিন সর্বনিম্ন ৪ টি ব্যাচে ক্লাস নেয়ার মত সময় থাকতে হবে

দায়িত্বের ধরনঃ ফুল টাইম / পার্ট টাইম

অভিজ্ঞতার বর্ণনাঃ অন্তত ২ বছর অথবা ততোধিক সময় যাবত ফ্রিল্যান্সিং মার্কেটপ্লেসে ওয়েব ডিজাইন, ডেভেলপমেন্ট এবং ওয়ার্ডপ্রেস নিয়ে কাজ করার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে । ( ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং ও গ্রাফিক্স ডিজাইন এর ক্ষেত্রে স স ফিল্ডে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে )

Responsibilities And Job Description

As a mentor or trainer, you will be responsible for providing Training and guidance to enrolled students and developing them as professionally trained individuals in Graphic design / Web Development / Digital Marketing / Video Editing/ Cyber Security/ Big Data/ Data Analytics/ Deep learning/ AI, VR, AR/ IOT Course/ Back office Management, as well as assisting students in developing a career in freelancing. You will participate in all elements of training. Assessing students, Developing and implementing course materials, and delivering training are all part of the job.

Follow the course outline and assist the students in moving forward and finishing the courses within the time frame specified. Creating, preparing, and delivering lessons to meet the needs of every trainee, keeping aware of tools based on the marketplace's needs.Providing individual instruction, assistance, and consultation as needed Monitoring, assessing, and reviewing the quality and effectiveness of training.

Education Requirements:
• As long as you are intelligent, passionate, prepared to work hard, and optimistic, it doesn't matter where you attended college or your GPA/CGPA.

Qualifications:

• A graphic Design Mentor must have
extensive knowledge and practical experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator,
Adobe InDesign, and UI-UX.
• A Web Development mentor must have extensive knowledge and practical experience with
HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, WordPress theme development, and PHP.
• A Digital marketing mentor must have extensive knowledge and practical experience in
Shopify, social media marketing, and SEO.
• A video editing/ Cyber Security / Big Data/ Data Analytics/ Deep learning/ AI, VR, AR/ IOT /
Back office Management course Mentor must have extensive knowledge and practical
experience in his/her own Sector. It must be inspiring, uplifting,
positive, flexible, and empowering. Be able to provide honest, accurate, and appropriate
feedback while maintaining moral judgment.
