Case history: A 45years old female pt came to our hospital with swelling on palate..according to pt statement it occurs almost 1yr back and it rapidly increased 1month back..

Clinical diagnosis: pyogenic granuloma

Confirm diagnosis: pyogenic granuloma(pt did FNAC before come to our hospital)

Investigation: OPG

Treatment : surgical excision of the granuloma under LA with extraction of upper right 6 and 7 no tooth..Localized gingival flap advancement is done to close the operative area..

A patient named Khadija Akhter 25 years old came to our dental OPD with a H/O trauma 15 years back & complained of swelling on the palate for 1month.

On diagnosis X-ray shows Radicular cyst involving the upper right incisors.

Treatment performed : Enucleation of cyst followed by apisectomy with root canal treatment on both incisors.

The patient was referred by a Doctor and according to the history we found that it was a failure case of Surgical extraction.

On diagnosis we found Broken down root on Right posterior mandibular region .

Treatment Performed: surgical extraction done under local anesthesia.
