The two-day training program on "Applications of Financial Management at Public Sector: Focus on University's Financial Management" began today at the IQAC Conference Room.

The inaugural session was graced by Professor Dr. A. M. Sarwaruddin Chowdhury, Vice Chancellor, SUST, who joined as Chief Guest through an online platform.

📚 Closing Day: Foundation Training for Academic Excellence
Today marks the fifth and final day of the Foundation Training for Academic Excellence: Teaching, Research, and Academic Leadership, organized by IQAC, SUST at the IQAC Conference Room.

Over the past 5 days, 24 new faculty members have actively engaged in enriching sessions on teaching, research, and academic leadership. On the closing day, participants were presented with gifts and certificates of participation as a token of appreciation from IQAC.

As part of the Foundation Training for Academic Excellence: Teaching, Research and Academic Leadership, the IQAC team, along with 24 new faculty members, is heading to the Bangladesh Tea Research Institute (BTRI), situated in Sreemangal, Moulvi Bazar, for an insightful field work session. 🍃

This visit aims to strengthen academic perspectives, enhance research capacity, and inspire innovative leadership by experiencing real-world applications of knowledge.

Together, we continue to build a future of academic excellence and impactful research at SUST. ✨

📚 Day 3: Foundation Training for Academic Excellence

The third day of the Foundation Training for Academic Excellence: Teaching, Research, and Academic Leadership is being held today at the IQAC Conference Room, SUST.

Organized by IQAC, SUST, this 5-day program is equipping 24 new faculty members with essential knowledge and skills to strengthen teaching, research, and academic leadership.

📚 Foundation Training for Academic Excellence

The second day of the Foundation Training for Academic Excellence: Teaching, Research, and Academic Leadership is successfully underway at the IQAC Conference Room, SUST.

This 5-day program, organized by IQAC, SUST, is designed to enhance the skills of 24 new faculty members in teaching, research, and academic leadership.

IQAC, SUST successfully organized a vibrant session on Transforming Higher Education: Drivers and Challenges of OBE Curriculum, engaging 50 enthusiastic students from various departments of the 2023-24 session.

Honorable Chief Guest, Professor Dr. A. M. Sarwaruddin Chowdhury, Vice Chancellor, SUST, along with Special Guests Professor Dr. Md. Shajedul Karim, Pro-Vice Chancellor, and Professor Dr. Md. Ismail Hossain, Treasurer, graced the program.

A meeting of the Quality Assurance Committee (QAC) for the financial year 2024-2025 was held at SUST. The session was chaired by Professor Dr. A. M. Sarwaruddin Chowdhury, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, SUST. Professor Dr. Abdul Hamid, Additional Director of IQAC, acted as Member Secretary, along with 15 committee members.

📘 Transforming Higher Education: Drivers and Challenges of OBE Curriculum

The first day of the program successfully brought together enthusiastic students from the 2023–24 session of various departments at SUST. The interactive session focused on understanding the drivers and challenges of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) in shaping future-ready graduates.

Organized by IQAC, SUST, the event marks the beginning of a series aimed at empowering students in the journey of academic transformation.
