At six o’clock this morning, we lost our former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia, who endured immense hardship and imprisonment for many years under the Awami League government. She dedicated her life to the service of this country, its land, and its people. The departure of such a leader from this world leaves us in deep sorrow.
She showed us how to love our nation by sacrificing her own comfort and standing firm despite countless legal challenges. She never fled the country; she remained steadfast, and her legacy will forever inspire future leaders in Bangladesh and beyond. We pray for the peace of her soul and honor her memory as an eternal icon.

Major Changes in Cyprus Student Visas from the February Intake

The Cyprus consulate or migration team has announced that starting from the upcoming February intake, there will be significant changes in Cyprus student visa requirements. These may include changes in the IELTS requirement, the removal of TOEFL, and the possibility to apply using either PTE or IELTS. As soon as we have the final details, we will inform all students accordingly.

যুক্তরাজ্যে শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভিসা সতর্কতা: ১৫ জুলাই থেকে ই-ভিসা বাধ্যতামূলক
যুক্তরাজ্য ভিসা ও ইমিগ্রেশন (UKVI) ঘোষণা করেছে যে, ১৫ জুলাই ২০২৫ থেকে ভিসা ভিনেট স্টিকার (পাসপোর্টে লাগানো স্টিকার ভিসা) বাতিল করা হবে। এর ফলে, সকল সফল স্টুডেন্ট ভিসা ধারীদের জন্য যুক্তরাজ্যে ভ্রমণের আগে তাদের UKVI অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করা এবং ই-ভিসা অ্যাক্সেস করা অত্যন্ত জরুরি। যেসব শিক্ষার্থী যুক্তরাজ্যে তাদের ফ্লাইটের আগে তাদের UKVI অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করবেন না এবং ই-ভিসা অ্যাক্সেস করবেন না, তাদের বোর্ডিং প্রত্যাখ্যান করা হতে পারে এবং তারা ভ্রমণ করতে পারবেন না।
গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়গুলো:
ভিনেট স্টিকারের সমাপ্তি: আপনার পাসপোর্টে আর শারীরিক ভিসা স্টিকার থাকবে না।
ই-ভিসা বাধ্যতামূলক: আপনার ইমিগ্রেশন স্ট্যাটাস একটি ডিজিটাল রেকর্ড হিসেবে থাকবে, যা আপনার UKVI অ্যাকাউন্টের মাধ্যমে অ্যাক্সেসযোগ্য।
ভ্রমণের আগে প্রস্তুতি: যুক্তরাজ্যে উড়ার আগে অবশ্যই আপনার UKVI অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করুন এবং আপনার ই-ভিসা অ্যাক্সেস করতে সক্ষম হন।
বোর্ডিং প্রত্যাখ্যানের ঝুঁকি: এই পদক্ষেপ না নিলে বিমান সংস্থা আপনাকে বোর্ডিং অস্বীকার করতে পারে।
পাসপোর্টের তথ্য হালনাগাদ: আপনার ই-ভিসা আপনার পাসপোর্টের সাথে সংযুক্ত থাকবে। যদি আপনার পাসপোর্ট নবায়ন করা হয় বা হারানো যায়, তবে আপনাকে দ্রুত UKVI সিস্টেমে আপনার নতুন পাসপোর্টের বিবরণ আপডেট করতে হবে।
