Our talented young scientists have secured 3rd Position in the Science Project Segment at the Start-up, Science Project and Innovation Idea Showcasing Program held at the Sylhet Upazila (Sadar and City Corporation) Level on 12 June 2026.

This achievement reflects the creativity, dedication, and hard work of our students, as well as the unwavering guidance and support of our teachers. We are immensely proud of our team for representing our institution with excellence and enthusiasm.

JCESC successfully organized Fire Fighting Display 2026 today to raise awareness about fire safety and emergency preparedness among students and staff.

The programme was highly informative and interactive. Our respected Principal, along with the Vice Principal, teachers, and students, actively participated in practical demonstrations on the proper use of fire extinguishers and other effective methods of controlling and preventing fire hazards. The hands-on activities provided valuable learning experiences and boosted participants’ confidence in responding to emergency situations.

During the interactive session, students also learned several important emergency contact numbers and gained essential knowledge about fire safety measures.

We express our sincere gratitude to the Fire Fighters Team for their all-out support, expert guidance, and dedication, which made the programme both successful and impactful.

JCESC proudly celebrates the outstanding accomplishments of our talented students who have brought immense glory to the institution through their dedication and excellence.

Our heartfelt congratulations to the champions of the Inter Cantonment General Knowledge Competition, the achievers of Nutun Kuri Sports, the Divisional Championship winners in Taekwondo, and the brilliant innovators who secured a Silver Medal at the Borneo International Innovation Creativity Competition (BIICC).

These remarkable successes reflect the hard work of our students, the guidance of our respected principal & teachers, and the unwavering support of parents. We are truly proud of each achievement and the spirit of excellence they represent.

JCESC also extends its best wishes to Md Abu Salman Rabbani (Std-VII) for his upcoming National Round, and to Wasiq Jahed Yafi (Std-IX) and Nazmus Saquib Nuraz (Std-VI) as they prepare for their International Round competitions.

The 33rd Governing Body Meeting of JCESC was held yesterday under the gracious presence of our respected Chairman, Brig Gen S. M. Saifur Rahman, afwc, psc. The meeting marked an important occasion for thoughtful discussion and strategic planning regarding the continued progress of the institution. Several significant decisions were taken focusing on institutional development, academic excellence, and the sound growth and overall well-being of our students. JCESC remains committed to fostering a nurturing and progressive educational environment for shaping responsible, capable, and future-ready learners.

🏆 A Proud Moment for JCESC 🏆

We are delighted and deeply proud to announce that JCESC has been honoured with the Champion Trophy for securing the Champion position in the "Inter Cantonment General Knowledge Competition".

This prestigious recognition was conferred during the Central Coordination Council Meeting of educational institutions under the Bangladesh Army, held on 20–21 May 2026 at the Army Multipurpose Complex, Dhaka Cantonment. The meeting served as a significant platform for reviewing academic progress and recognizing outstanding institutional and individual achievements.

This remarkable accomplishment reflects the intellectual excellence, visionary leadership, and unwavering commitment of the JCESC team to academic advancement.

The entire JCESC family celebrates this proud milestone with great admiration and joy. It continues to inspire us all to pursue excellence in every sphere of education and beyond.

JCESC proudly celebrates continuous outstanding success in the Notun Kuri Sports Competition – Taekwondo (Divisional Level) held on 22 May 2026.

🏆 Md. Abu Salman Rabbani, Std-VII, became the Divisional Champion.

🏆 Nusrat Jaman, Std-VII, secured the Runner-up position.

Congratulations to both young achievers! JCESC wishes them even greater success in the days ahead.

A motivational film show was organized at JCESC, inspiring students with a powerful message of love, sacrifice, responsibility, and humanity.

The film beautifully portrayed the endless struggles and sacrifices parents make to raise their children, secure their future, and guide them toward success. It also highlighted the duties of children toward their parents by encouraging respect, gratitude, hard work, honesty, and compassion. Students were deeply moved by the emotional storyline and meaningful lessons presented through the film. The programme reminded everyone that becoming a good child means valuing parents’ dreams, while becoming a good citizen means serving society with integrity, discipline, and kindness. Such initiatives play an important role in shaping students’ moral values and inspiring them to become responsible individuals for the nation and humanity.

The Inter-House Parliamentary Debate Competition for the College Section was held successfully today at JCESC with great enthusiasm. Students impressed everyone with their confidence, logic, speaking skills, and critical thinking throughout the competition.

The final debate was on the motion, “Brain drain poses a greater threat to Bangladesh's future than economic inflation.” After a competitive final round, Shahjalal House became the Champion, while Mushfiq House secured the Runner-up position. Saba Sultana Haque of Shahjalal House was awarded Best Debater for her excellent performance.

The event ended successfully, encouraging students to develop confidence, communication skills, and critical thinking.
