আমি প্রবাসে, আপনি বাংলাদেশে ঘরবন্দি, করনা ভাইরাসের ভয়ে। আমাদের ঘরে ১-২ মাসের খাবার মজুদ হয়ে আছে, অনেকের ৬ মাসের। আমাদের কেউ ঘরে বসে কাজ করছি, কাউকে সরকারের পক্ষ থেকে বেতন-ভাতা দেয়ার ঘোষনা এসেছে।

কিন্তু একবার ভেবে দেখেন কতশত হাজার মানুষ আমাদের বাংলাদেশে দিন মজুর হয়ে আছে, যারা ঘরে বসে থাকলে হাজারও পরিবার অনাহারে মারা যাবে।

আমরা তাই 'জানালা'র উদ্যোগে এইসব দিনমজুর মানুষের পাশে দাড়াচ্ছি। চাইলেই অতি সহজে আপনিও হতে পারেন এই মহতি উদ্যোগের অংশ।

৪ জনের একটি পরিবারকে নুন্যতম ২ সপ্তাহের জন্য নিত্যপ্রয়োজনীয় (চাল, তেল, আলু, পেয়াজ, কিছু ঔষধ ইত্যাদি) দিতে পারেন মাত্র ২০০০ টাকায় অথবা £20 বিনিময়ে, অথবা আপনার সামর্থ্য অনুযায়ী অনুদান করতে পারেন।

মনে রাখবেন ওদের ঘরে থাকতে সাহায্য করা মানে নিজেকে, নিজের পরিবারকে অথবা বন্ধুদেরকে সাহায্য করা।

However, did the thought ‘How day to day laborers are going to manage their livelihood? ‘cross anyone’s mind? The people out there will not be able to feed their family if they don’t go out for work even a single day. And with the entire country coming to a , their family will die out of hunger.

Keeping this intention in mind, JANALA has taken the initiative to standby these day laborers of different professions. We have decided to make a grocery bag consisting 14 days of their family needs ( Rice, Oil, Potatoes, Onions, emergency medicines etc) for an idea family of 4 people. We alone can not make this possible, your minute support can make a major difference in those hardworking laborers lives.
