যুক্তরাজ্যে শর্ট টার্ম কোর্সের নামে প্রতারণা: সতর্ক থাকুন!

বর্তমানে অনেক প্রতারক এবং শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান যুক্তরাজ্যে শর্ট টার্ম কোর্সের (Short-term Course) নামে প্রতারণার ফাঁদ পেতে বসেছে। তারা ভুয়া বা অস্পষ্ট তথ্য দিয়ে আপনাকে ভুল পথে পরিচালিত করতে পারে। এসব প্রতারণামূলক কোর্সের ফলে আপনি টাকা ও সময় দুটোই হারাতে পারেন, এবং শেষ পর্যন্ত ভিসা বাতিল কিংবা নিষেধাজ্ঞার (ban) মুখোমুখি হতে পারেন।

❌ শর্ট টার্ম কোর্সের নামে প্রতারণার ধরন:

1. অস্বীকৃত বা কম পরিচিত প্রতিষ্ঠান:
অনেক অখ্যাত প্রতিষ্ঠান স্বল্পমেয়াদি কোর্সের (3-6 মাস) অফার দিয়ে দাবি করে যে, আপনি এভাবে সহজেই ইউকে আসতে পারবেন। কিন্তু UKVI (UK Visas and Immigration) এসব কোর্সের জন্য সাধারণত স্টুডেন্ট ভিসা দেয় না।

2. প্রলোভন দেখানো:
কিছু এজেন্ট বলে যে, “শর্ট টার্ম কোর্সে এলে পরে সহজেই ওয়ার্ক পারমিট (Work Permit) পাওয়া যাবে” বা “এই কোর্স কম খরচে ইউকে যাওয়ার সুযোগ”। কিন্তু বাস্তবে এসব কোর্সের মাধ্যমে চাকরি পাওয়া অসম্ভব।

3. শূন্য ভিসা অনুমোদন হার (Visa Success Rate = 0%)
ইউকে সরকার বর্তমানে শর্ট টার্ম কোর্সের নামে শিক্ষার্থীদের ভিসা প্রায় ১০০% বাতিল করছে। এর মূল কারণ হলো:

এসব কোর্স স্টুডেন্ট রুট (Student Route) এর অধীনে পড়ে না।

বেশিরভাগ কোর্সের CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) ইস্যু হয় না বা তারা স্পনসর লিস্টে থাকে না।

ইউকে ইমিগ্রেশন কর্তৃপক্ষ মনে করে এসব কোর্সের মাধ্যমে লোকজন অবৈধভাবে যুক্তরাজ্যে প্রবেশের চেষ্টা করছে।

⚠️ কেন এসব কোর্সে ভিসা হয় না?

✅ UK Student Visa (Student Route) শুধুমাত্র দীর্ঘমেয়াদি কোর্সের (যেমন: ব্যাচেলর, মাস্টার্স, পিএইচডি) জন্য দেওয়া হয়।
✅ Short-term Study Visa সাধারণত শুধুমাত্র 6-11 মাসের জন্য ইংরেজি ভাষা শেখার কোর্সের ক্ষেত্রে দেওয়া হয়, তাও নির্দিষ্ট শর্তের ভিত্তিতে।
✅ কোনো শর্ট টার্ম ডিপ্লোমা বা সার্টিফিকেট কোর্সে সাধারণত ভিসা দেওয়া হয় না।
✅ UKVI কর্তৃপক্ষ এসব কোর্সকে অধিকাংশ ক্ষেত্রে "Misleading" বা "High Risk" হিসেবে বিবেচনা করে।

✅ প্রতারিত হওয়া থেকে বাঁচতে করণীয়:

✔️ UKVI অনুমোদিত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় ও প্রতিষ্ঠানের তালিকা চেক করুন: UK Government Website
✔️ CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) ছাড়া কোনো অফারে বিশ্বাস করবেন না।
✔️ প্রলোভন দেখানো এজেন্টদের ফাঁদে পড়বেন না।
✔️ UKVI বা ব্রিটিশ হাইকমিশনের অফিসিয়াল তথ্য যাচাই করুন।

⚠️ সতর্কতা:

✖ 6 মাসের ডিপ্লোমা কোর্সে UKVI স্টুডেন্ট ভিসা দেয় না।
✖ এ ধরনের কোর্সে টাকা বিনিয়োগ করলে ভিসা না পাওয়ার সম্ভাবনা ১০০%।
✖ UK Border Force (ইমিগ্রেশন) এখন এসব শর্ট কোর্সের ভিসা অ্যাপ্লিক্যান্টদের রিফিউজ করছে এবং কিছু ক্ষেত্রে তাদের ইউকে প্রবেশেও নিষেধাজ্ঞা দিচ্ছে।

শেষ কথা: নিরাপদে থাকুন, সঠিক পথে আসুন!

✅ UKVI অনুমোদিত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় ও স্টুডেন্ট রুট ভিসা নীতিমালা অনুসারে অ্যাপ্লাই করুন।
✅ অস্বীকৃত বা শর্ট টার্ম কোর্সের লোভে পড়ে প্রতারিত হবেন না।
✅ সতর্ক থাকুন, এবং অন্যদেরও সতর্ক করুন!
