Job Overview

Data Entry Administrative Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date databases, as well as providing administrative support to the team. You will be required to work remotely, therefore a reliable internet connection and a suitable work environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input and maintain large amounts of data into databases using Excel and other software programs.

• Create reports and analyze data for accuracy

• Perform online research to gather information and compile reports as required.

• Respond to emails and phone calls in a
professional and timely manner. • Manage and organize files digitally.
Schedule appointments and arrange meetings using scheduling software.

•Provide administrative support to team
members and managers as needed.

•Follow up with students as required to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data entry and administrative tasks.

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other software programs

WOLK Environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Skills
Experience in online research and compiling
reports.
Experience with scheduling software, such as Calendly or Doodle.
Familiarity with project management software,
such as Asana or Trello. • Ability to speak in English.

Working Conditions

This is a remote position, so you will be working from home or another suitable location. You will need to provide your own computer and internet connection. The position may require occasional weekend or evening work.

Compensation

Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
