𝐃𝐫. 𝐑𝐚𝐲𝐡𝐚𝐧 completed both his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in 𝐏𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 at 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐡𝐣𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐥 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 (𝐒𝐔𝐒𝐓), where he conducted research in the 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐋𝐚𝐛 under the supervision of 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐫. 𝐌𝐨𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐝 𝐇𝐚𝐬𝐧𝐚𝐭. His contributions led to impactful scientific publications and a strong foundation in collaborative research.

He recently earned his Ph.D. in Chemistry from the 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢, working in the renowned Limbach Lab. His research focused on analytical chemistry, particularly the analysis of RNA modifications using LC-MS/MS, method development, and advanced mass spectrometry techniques.

Through his academic journey, Dr. Rayhan has developed into an accomplished researcher and mentor. We congratulate him on this prestigious appointment at MIT.

As the team's 𝐑&𝐃 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭, Shakib led the Sustainability Chemistry front by:

মহান স্বাধীনতা ও জাতীয় দিবস - ২৬শে মার্চ 🇧🇩

আজ ২৬শে মার্চ, পরাধীনতার শৃঙ্খল ভেঙে বাঙালির মাথা উঁচু করে দাঁড়ানোর দিন। ১৯৭১ সালের এই দিনে সূচিত হয়েছিল আমাদের অধিকার আদায়ের চূড়ান্ত লড়াই, আমাদের মহান মুক্তিযুদ্ধ।

দীর্ঘ নয় মাসের এক রক্তক্ষয়ী সংগ্রাম, বীর শহীদের আত্মত্যাগ এবং মা-বোনের অবর্ণনীয় ত্যাগের বিনিময়ে আমরা পেয়েছি এই স্বাধীন ভূখণ্ড, পেয়েছি বিশ্ব মানচিত্রে স্থান করে নেওয়া আমাদের গর্বের লাল-সবুজ পতাকা। যাঁদের অসীম সাহসিকতা, দেশপ্রেম আর বুকের তাজা রক্তে আজ আমরা মুক্ত বাতাসে নিঃশ্বাস নিচ্ছি, সেইসব অকুতোভয় বীর মুক্তিযোদ্ধা এবং জাতির শ্রেষ্ঠ সন্তানদের জানাই বিনম্র শ্রদ্ধা।

স্বাধীনতা শুধু একটি শব্দ বা একটি দিনের উদযাপন নয়; এটি আমাদের অস্তিত্ব, আমাদের অহংকার। সাভারের জাতীয় স্মৃতিসৌধের আকাশের দিকে মাথা উঁচু করে থাকা প্রতিটি স্তম্ভ আমাদের স্মরণ করিয়ে দেয় সেইসব বীরদের নিঃস্বার্থ ভালোবাসার কথা, যাঁরা নিজেদের জীবনের চেয়েও দেশকে বেশি ভালোবেসেছিলেন।

আজকের এই দিনটি কেবল উদযাপনের নয়, বরং আত্মোপলব্ধি ও দায়িত্ববোধ জাগ্রত করার দিন। আসুন, আজকের এই মহান দিনে আমরা শপথ নিই, যে স্বপ্নের 'সোনার বাংলা' গড়ার জন্য তাঁরা অকাতরে জীবন বিলিয়ে দিয়েছেন, সেই স্বপ্ন পূরণে আমরা নিজ নিজ অবস্থান থেকে সততা ও নিষ্ঠার সাথে কাজ করে যাব। একটি বৈষম্যহীন, অসাম্প্রদায়িক ও সমৃদ্ধ বাংলাদেশ গড়ে তোলাই হোক আমাদের এবারের স্বাধীনতা দিবসের দৃঢ় অঙ্গীকার।
