Seminar on “Misinformation and Disinformation”
The Career & Skill Development Cell, Department of Pharmacy, Khwaja Yunus Ali University, successfully organized a seminar on “Misinformation and Disinformation” under the UNESCO Media and Information Literacy (MIL) Initiative.
The seminar aimed to enhance students’ understanding of misinformation and disinformation, their growing impact on society and academic environments, and the importance of developing strong media and information literacy skills in today’s digital age.
The session provided an insightful learning experience, encouraging students to think critically, verify information, identify misleading content, and navigate the digital world with greater awareness and responsibility.
