রেজিস্ট্রেশন সংক্রান্ত জরুরী বিজ্ঞপ্তি (লটারি)
সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলের অবগতির জন্য এতদ্বারা জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, 4 ও 5 মার্চ 2024 তারিখে ইপিএস প্রোগ্রামের অধীনে কোরিয়ান ভাষা পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণের জন্য নিবন্ধিত প্রার্থীদের লটারি আজ বিকাল 3 টায় BOESL এ অনুষ্ঠিত হয়েছে। বাংলাদেশে HRD KOREA EPS CENTER এর নিয়ম অনুযায়ী লটারি কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করে।
বাংলাদেশে HRD KOREA EPS CENTER এর নির্ধারিত সফটওয়্যারে লটারি প্রোগ্রাম করা হয়। প্রতি বছরের মতো এবারও লটারি কার্যক্রম শুরুতে পরীক্ষা নেওয়া হয়। তদনুসারে, 2015 সালের আগের একটি ফাইলের মাধ্যমে অন-টেস্ট সম্পন্ন হয়েছে। লটারি নিবন্ধন কারীদের মধ্যে কয়েকজন প্রার্থী উপস্থিত ছিলেন এবং BOESL ফেসবুক পেজে লাইভ সম্প্রচার করেছেন।
2024 সালে নিবন্ধিত 1,12,160 জনের তালিকা থেকে নির্ধারিত সফ্টওয়্যারে নিবন্ধিত প্রার্থীর মাধ্যমে 19000 জনের সংখ্যা নির্ধারণ করে লটারি সম্পন্ন করা হয়। উল্লিখিত তালিকা বোয়েসেল পাঠানোর পরে, এটি BOESL ফেসবুক পেজে প্রকাশিত হয়। সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রার্থীদের অবগতির জন্য। তদনুসারে, কিছু প্রার্থী HRD KOREA EPS CENTRE এবং BOESL এ জানান যে 2015 সালে উল্লেখিত আবেদনকারীর নাম লটারির তালিকায় উপস্থিত আছে। উল্লিখিত তালিকাটি পর্যালোচনা করলে দেখা যায় যে 2015 সালের অন টেস্ট লটারিতে কিছু আবেদনকারীর নাম প্রযুক্তিগত ত্রুটির কারণে চূড়ান্ত লটারিতে প্রবেশ করেছে। বিদ্যমান পরিস্থিতিতে, 2015 সালের আবেদনকারীদের নাম বাদ দেওয়ার পরে, বাকি 12,894 জন বিজয়ী 12 তম ইপিএস টপিকের জন্য প্রার্থী হবেন।
লটারি বিজয়ী 19000 জনের মধ্যে 2015 সালের তালিকার 6106 জন বিজয়ী হিসাবে স্বীকৃত হবেন না কারণ তারা এই বছর লটারির জন্য আবেদন করেননি৷
আর অবশিষ্ট সংরক্ষিত আসন (অপেক্ষমান তালিকা) পূরণের জন্য BOESL এবং HRD KOREA EPS CENTER উপযুক্ত সংখ্যক লোক অন্তর্ভুক্ত করবে ।
অপ্রত্যাশিত প্রযুক্তিগত সমস্যার জন্য আন্তরিকভাবে দুঃখিত। এ ব্যাপারে সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলকে সহযোগিতা করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা যাচ্ছে।

Urgent Notice Regarding Registration (Lottery)
For the information of all concerned, it is hereby informed that the lottery of the candidates registered for participation in the Korean language test under the EPS programme on 4th and 5th March 2024 was held today at 3 pm at Boesl. HRD Korea EPS Center in Bangladesh conducted the lottery programme according to the rules of the EPS.
HRD Korea EPS Center in Bangladesh Lottery program is done in prescribed software. Like every year the lottery program is conducted on test at the beginning. Accordingly, the on-test has been completed by an earlier file of 2015. Some of the candidates were present among the lottery registrants and broadcast live on the BOESL page.
The lottery is completed by determining the number of 19000 people through a candidate who has registered in the prescribed software from the list of 1,12,160 people registered in 2024. After the said list is sent to Boesl, it is published on the Boesl page for the information of the concerned candidates. Accordingly, some candidates told EPS Center and boesl that the name of the applicant mentioned in the year 2015 is appearing in the lottery list. A perusal of the said list shows that the names of some applicants of 2015 in the On Test Lottery have entered the Final Lottery due to technical error. In the existing situation, after excluding the names of the applicants of 2015, All 12,894 remaining winners will be candidates for the 12th EPS TOPIK.
That's 94 more than the original 12,800 goal number.
6106 out of 19000 people, or 6106 people from the 2015 list, will not be recognized as winners because they didn't sign up for the lottery in the first place this year.
And to fill the empty reserved seats (waitlist), Boesl and the EPS centre will draw the appropriate number of people.
