AYAT Education Foundation is proud to be one of the 10 partner TVET institutes under the EU–Bangladesh Talent Partnership Project — and we are actively participated in the Capacity Building Workshop for Partner TVET Institutes!
The EU–Bangladesh Talent Partnership Project is financed by the European Union and implemented by the International Labour Organization (ILO), in collaboration with the Government of Italy and the Ministry of Expatriates' Welfare and Overseas Employment (MoEWOE), Bangladesh.
This initiative aims to support safe, orderly, and regular migration by aligning Bangladesh's skills development system with labour market demands in the European Union.
The workshop brought together critical conversations — on how we train, how we certify through RPL, how we prepare workers linguistically and personally for life in Europe, and how we ensure every step meets the highest standards of quality and compliance. AYAT Education Foundation was part of it all.
We remain committed to building a skilled, certified, and globally competitive workforce — opening doors for Bangladeshi workers to a brighter future in Europe.

On April 20, 2026, AYAT Education co-hosted the Consultation Workshop on Strengthening the Community Paramedic Programme alongside the ASTHA Project (Swisscontact Bangladesh) in Dhaka.
Community Paramedics (CP) are government-registered, mid-level healthcare professionals trained through a two-year diploma programme under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. Serving as a vital bridge between underserved communities and the formal health system, they bring essential primary healthcare services directly to rural and hard-to-reach populations across Bangladesh — playing a crucial role in ensuring quality healthcare reaches those who need it most.
Led under the distinguished guidance of the Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC), the workshop brought together senior government officials, healthcare leaders, and community paramedic stakeholders for a meaningful dialogue on curriculum improvement, service delivery standards, and the future of community health in Bangladesh.
With over 10,000 community paramedics already serving across the country, this collective effort marks another step forward in ensuring accessible and quality healthcare for underserved communities.
We extend our deepest gratitude to our esteemed guests and speakers — Mr. Mohammad Nora Alam Siddique, Additional Secretary (Medical Education), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare; Mr. Md. Anwar Hossain Akand, Director General, Directorate General of Nursing and Midwifery (DGNM); Ms. Halima Akhter, Registrar, Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC); Ms. Nusrat Aman, Chief Executive Officer, AYAT Education; Mr. Jafar Hakim, Senior Advisor, ASTHA Project / Swisscontact Bangladesh; and Mr. Imran Chowdhury, Chief Operating Officer, AYAT Education — for their invaluable guidance and contributions. We are also grateful to all participants for their commitment to strengthening healthcare at the grassroots level.
Together, we move closer to a stronger, more impactful Community Paramedic Programme for Bangladesh.

1,000 youth. 4 future-ready trades. One shared vision: dignified livelihoods and globally competitive skills. 🌍
Today, AYAT Skill Development Center (ASDC) and AYAT Caregiver Training Institute signed two agreements with the National Human Resource Development Fund (NHRDF), under the Ministry of Finance, to train around 1,000 youth over the next 2.5 years—especially from climate-vulnerable, marginalized, and NEET communities.
The project will provide hands-on training in:
▪️ Caregiving
▪️ Woven sewing machine operations (RMG)
▪️ Solar electrical system installation & maintenance
▪️ Electrical installation & maintenance for construction
At AYAT Education, we believe employability goes beyond technical skills. Alongside vocational training, our students receive soft skills, life skills, digital literacy, language training, and cultural preparedness to help them thrive in Bangladesh and abroad through safe migration pathways.
Through AYAT Network, we are committed to connecting skilled youth with decent jobs, ethical migration opportunities, and a more hopeful future.
