✅ আসল নিয়ম: Trade Skill Assessment কীভাবে হয়?

Trade occupation–এ PR করতে হলে যেতে হবে TRA (Trades Recognition Australia) এর মাধ্যমে।

TRA–র শর্ত একদম পরিষ্কার। Skill Assessment পেতে হলে লাগবে

1️⃣ Relevant Australian Qualification (AQF)

2️⃣ Job Ready Program – Minimum 12 Months

3️⃣ Paid Employment (Mandatory)

4️⃣ Genuine Employer & Approved Workplace

5️⃣ Evidence: Logbook, Payslip, Super, Tax, Work Records

📌 সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কথা ❗ Job ছাড়া JRP শুরুই করা যায় না

🧠 Job Ready Program (JRP): বাস্তব তথ্য

🔹 Duration: কমপক্ষে 12 মাস

🔹 শুরু করার শর্ত:

👉 একটাও গ্রহণযোগ্য না

📌 বাস্তবে বেশিরভাগ ক্ষেত্রে JRP শেষ হতে ১৮ মাস বা তার বেশি সময় লাগে, কারণ TRA–তে আবেদন প্রচুর, assessment ধীর। আর TR ছাড়া JRP শুরুই করা যায় না।
