SPRING-2026, FINAL EXAM NOTIFICATION

Attention: All Registered Students and Faculty Members/Officers etc.
This is to notify that the following rules for the Final Examination of SPR-2026 will be followed:
1. The Final Examination of SPR Semester 2026 will commence on 17-25 April 2026. (If any change notify later).
2. Only those students who are registered for a course will be allowed to sit for exam. Under no circumstances those students who are not registered for a course will not be allowed to sit for exam.
3. The Examinees must download/collect their admit card from his/her own login page or ask the Attendance Office Desk after paying semester 3rd installment fees.
4. If any student is found present in the Examination Hall without Admit Card, he/she will be asked to leave. Students must display his/her ID card during exam periods.
5. The examination halls will be opened 15 minutes before the scheduled time of examination. The invigilators/course teachers should be present at the examination hall gates at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time of examination, and ensure that only the eligible students (i.e. those with Admit Cards) enter the examination halls. Students are advised to take seat in exam hall as per the sitting plan.
6. No programmable calculator will be allowed in the Exam Hall, Mobile phone, books, pages (khata) and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited.

All registered students of SPR-2026 and Faculty Members/Officers/Staffs are requested to comply with the above rules. The rules should be strictly followed.

প্রিয় শিক্ষার্থীবৃন্দ,
আগামী *০৭ ফেব্রুয়ারি (শনিবার)* আমাদের মাননীয় চেয়ারম্যান মহোদয় তাঁর নির্বাচনী এলাকায় (শাহজাদপুর, সিরাজগঞ্জ) "তরুণ প্রজন্মের প্রত্যাশা" শীর্ষক একটি জনসভায় উপস্থিত থাকবেন। উক্ত জনসভায়, ইউনিভার্সিটি অব সাউথ এশিয়ার *স্থানীয় সকল শিক্ষার্থীর (বর্তমান/প্রাক্তন)* অংশগ্রহণে প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা নিতে বিশেষভাবে অনুরোধ করছি।

সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলের অবগতি ও কার্যার্থে জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, ইউনিভার্সিটি অব সাউথ এশিয়ার স্প্রিং’২৬ সেমিস্টার এর ২য় ইনস্টলমেন্টের টাকা পরিশোধের তারিখ ১ ফেব্রুয়ারি ২০২৬ ইং থেকে শুরু হয়েছে এবং ২য় ইনস্টলমেন্টের টাকা পরিশোধের তারিখ নিম্নলিখিত সময়সূচী অনুযায়ী চলবে-

ক) ২য় ইনস্টলমেন্টের টাকা পরিশোধের তারিখসমূহ:
১) ০১ - ১৪ ফেব্রুয়ারি ২০২৬ ইং, বিলম্ব ফিস ছাড়া।
২) ১৫ - ২১ ফেব্রুয়ারি ২০২৬ ইং, ৫% বিলম্ব ফিস সহ।
৩) ২২ ফেব্রুয়ারি ২০২৬ ইং থেকে চলমান ১০% বিলম্ব ফিস সহ ।

অতএব, সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলকে যথাসময়ে তাদের অর্থ পরিশোধের জন্য, বিলম্ব ফিস এর ঝুঁকি এড়ানো এবং পরীক্ষায় তাদের অংশগ্রহণকে সুষ্ঠু ও বাঁধাহীন করার জন্য পরামর্শ দেয়া হলো ।

শিক্ষার্থী এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলকে বিজ্ঞপ্তিটি অত্যন্ত জরুরী হিসেবে বিবেচনা করার এবং সেই অনুযায়ী ব্যবস্থা নেয়ার জন্য পরামর্শ দেয়া হচ্ছে।

টাকা প্রদান করা যাবে:

• শাহজালাল ইসলামী ব্যাংক লিমিটেড, বাংলাদেশ এর যেকোনো শাখায় ।
• বিকাশ এ্যাপের মাধ্যমে ।
• নগদ এ্যাপের মাধ্যমে।

স্থায়ী ক্যাম্পাসেও সরাসরি ইনস্টলমেন্টের টাকা গ্রহণ করা হবে।

Final Makeup Examination Fall 2025

Attn: Registered students who missed one or more courses Final Examination of Fall-2025.

Registered students of Fall-2025 who could not appear or missed one or more course(s) Final Exam in the Fall-2025 are required to collect & submit paper based makeup application form.

Application Procedure:
Students are advised to ‘collect and submit makeup application form’ as per the following procedure:

1. Application Type: Paper base form.
2. Application Form Collection & Submission Procedure: Students are advised to Collect Makeup Examination Application Form from the Respective Department/Student Welfare Office and duly fill up & signed it, and submit to the Student Welfare Office along with supporting documents and payment receipt etc.
3. Payment Procedure: Pay the makeup exam application fees @ rate per course Tk. 1000/- at the Permanent Campus Accounts Office/Bkash/Nogod etc.
4. Application Deadline: 06 January, 2026, Tuesday.
5. Make Up Examination Date & Day : 09 and 10 January, 2026, Friday & Saturday.

Note: No students are allowed to makeup examination without submission of makeup application form along with makeup examination (If required) fees within the stipulated time frame.

All Head of Dept. /Coordinators/concerned offices are requested to take the necessary action at your end.

এতদ্বারা সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলের অবগতির জন্য জানানো যাচ্ছে যে, আগামী ১৬ ডিসেম্বর ২০২৫ইং, ইউনিভার্সিটি অব সাউথ এশিয়া'য় মহান বিজয় দিবস ২০২৫ উদযাপন উপলক্ষ্যে সকাল ১১.০০ ঘটিকায় অত্র বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় অডিটরিয়ামে এক আলোচনা সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। সভায় মহান বিজয় দিবস ২০২৫ উপলক্ষ্যে আয়োজিত রচনা ও কুইজ প্রতিযোগিতায় বিজয়ীদের মধ্যে পুরস্কার বিতরণ করা হবে। অনুষ্ঠানে প্রধান অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত থাকবেন ইউনিভার্সিটি অব সাউথ এশিয়ার মাননীয় উপাচার্য অধ্যাপক ড. এম. এ. ওয়াদুদ মন্ডল ।

উল্লেখ্য, দিনটি সরকারী ছুটির দিন হিসেবে প্রতিপালিত হবে। শ্রেণী কার্যক্রম সহ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের সকল বিভাগ বন্ধ থাকবে । তবে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের এডমিশন অফিস বিশেষ ব্যবস্থাপনায় খোলা থাকবে ।

উক্ত অনুষ্ঠানসমূহে ইউনিভার্সিটি অব সাউথ এশিয়ার সকল শিক্ষক, কর্মকর্তা/কর্মচারী ও শিক্ষার্থীদের অংশগ্রহণ করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হলো।
