Present Perfect Continuous Tense
I have been reading English for an hour. আমি এক ঘন্টা যাবত ইংরেজি পড়ছি।
It has been raining since morning। সকাল থেকে বৃষ্টি হচ্ছে।
Structure: Subject + Have/has + been + V1 + ing + object/ adverbial + for + since + time

Past Perfect Continuous Tense
I had been reading English before father came home. বাবা বাড়ি আসার পূর্বে আমি ইংরেজি পড়ছিলাম।
Farmers had been working in the field before the sun set. সূর্য অস্ত যাওয়ার পূর্বে কৃষকেরা মাঠে কাজ করছিলো।
Structure: Subject + had + been + V1 + ing + object/ adverbial + before + Simple Past

Future Perfect Continuous Tense
I shall have been reading English before father comes home.
Farmers will have been working in the field before the sun sets. সূর্য অস্ত যাওয়ার পূর্ব পর্যন্ত কৃষকেরা মাঠে কাজ করতে থাকবে।
Structure: Subject + shall/ will + have + been + V1 + ing + object + before + Simple Present/ Simple Future

Sentence (বাক্য) যে শব্দ ও শব্দ সমষ্টি মনের ভাব সম্পূরর্ণরূপে প্রকাশ করে তাকে Sentence বলে।
Example:
Stop. থামো।
We eat rice. আমরা ভাত খাই।
He goes to school. সে স্কুলে যায়।
We have a cow. আমাদের একটি গাভী আছে।
Single- Word Sentence : একটি word দিয়ে sentence গঠিত হলে তাকে Single- Word Sentence বলে।
Example: Stop. (You need to stop)
Thanks.(Thank you.)
Mullti-Words Sentence: একাধিক word দিয়ে sentence গঠিত হলে তাকে Multi-Words Sentence বলে।
Example: We eat rice. আমরা ভাত খাই।
They play football. তারা ফুটবল খেলে।

Past Perfect Tense
I had been ill before the examination began. পরীক্ষা শুরু হওয়ার পূর্বে আমি অসুস্থ হয়েছিলাম।
I had had a mango before you came. তুমি আসার পূর্বে আমি একটি আম খেয়েছিলাম।
I had done the work before the sun set. সূর্য অস্ত যাওয়ার পূর্বে আমি কাজটি করেছিলাম।
I had learnt my lessons before I went to school. স্কুলে যাওয়ার পূর্বে আমি পড়া শিখেছিলাম।
I did the work after you had come. তুমি আসার পরে আমি কাজটি করেছিল।
Structure: 1. Sub + had + V3 + object + before + sub + V2 + Object/adverbial
Structure 2: Sub + V2 + Object+ after + sub + had + V3 + object

Future Perfect Tense
I shall have done the work before the sun sets. সূর্য অস্ত যাওয়ার পূর্বে আমি কাজটি করে ফেলবো।
I shall have learnt my lessons before I go to school. স্কুলে যাওয়ার পূর্বে আমি পড়া শিখে ফেলবো।
Structure: Sub+ shall/will + have + V3 + object + before + Simple Present/ Simple Future

আমরা ইংরেজিতে দুর্বল কেনো? আমরা ইংরেজি ভালোভাবে বলতে পারিনা কেনো?
আমরা ইংরেজি শেখার শুরুতেই মুখস্থ করেছি, 'যে পুস্তক পাঠ করলে আমরা ইংরেজি ভাষা শুদ্ধরূপে বলতে, পড়তে ও লিখতে পারি তাকে English Grammar বলে'। প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয় থেকে শুরু করে উচ্চতর শ্রেণী পর্যন্ত আমরা ইংরেজি পড়ি। কিন্তু অনেকেই আমরা ইংরেজি বলতে পারিনা এবং free hand ইংরেজি লিখতে পারিনা। এর পেছনে কারণ হলো - আমরা মুখস্থ করে ইংরেজি শিখে শুধুমাত্র পরীক্ষার সিড়ি অতিক্রম করতে চাই। মুখস্থ বিদ্যা মানে -না বোঝে কোনোকিছু শেখা এবং পরিক্ষার খাতার উপরে বমি করা। এর মানে হলো মুখস্থ বিদ্যার স্থায়ীত্ব কম। আবার মুখস্থ বিদ্যা মাঝে মাঝে revise করতে হয়। Revise করার কাজটি চলে পরীক্ষার হল পর্যন্ত। পরিক্ষার রাত্রের ঘুম নষ্ট করতে হয় অনেক শিক্ষার্থীর paragraph, composition, letter, application revise করে। তারপরেও revise শেষ হয়না। সকালে উঠে আবার revise এর কাজ শুরু হয়। পড়তে পড়তে সময় চলে যায়। কোনো রকমে গোসল, খাওয়া দাওয়া সেরে বই হাতে নিয়ে রওনা হয় পরীক্ষার কেন্দ্রের উদ্দেশ্যে। পরীক্ষাকেন্দ্রে পৌঁছার পরেও কিছুক্ষণ পড়ে। যখন পরীক্ষা শুরুর ওয়ার্ণিং ঘণ্টা বাজে তখন বই খানা অভিভাবকের হাতে দিয়ে পরিক্ষার হলে প্রবেশ করে বির বির করতে করতে। হলে প্রবেশের পরেও কিছুক্ষণ বির বির করে। প্রশ্নপত্র হাতে পাওয়ার পরে uncommon প্রশ্ন পেলে সবকিছু গুলিয়ে ফেলে। এভাবেই চলছে অনেক শিক্ষার্থীর মুখস্থ বিদ্যা। English should be mastering, not memorizing. ইংরেজি মুখস্থ নয়, আয়ত্ত্ব করতে হয়। ইংরেজি আয়ত্ত্ব করার সহজ পদ্ধতি হলো Communicative Method of English. Communicative English এর চারটি skill- Listening- শোনা, Speaking- বলা, Reading- পড়া, Writing- লেখা। Communicative পদ্ধতিতে ইংরেজি শেখা হলে revise করে শিক্ষার্থীদের মাথা নষ্ট করতে হবেনা। মুখস্থ বিদ্যার বোঝা কমে যাবে এবং বাস্তব জীবনে ইংরেজি কাজে লাগিয়ে জীবনে উন্নতি করতে পারবে।
