**নবীন বরণ ও বিদায় অনুষ্ঠান ২০২৬ | EEE Association, BAUST**
বাংলাদেশ আর্মি ইউনিভার্সিটি অব সায়েন্স অ্যান্ড টেকনোলজি (BAUST)-এর EEE Association-এর উদ্যোগে এবং EEE বিভাগের সহযোগিতায় EEE বিভাগের শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য নবীন বরণ ও বিদায় অনুষ্ঠান অনুষ্ঠিত হয়েছে। অনুষ্ঠানটি BAUST-এর সেমিনার রুমে আনন্দঘন ও উৎসবমুখর পরিবেশে অনুষ্ঠিত হয়।
অনুষ্ঠানে প্রধান অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন EEE বিভাগের বিভাগীয় প্রধান ড. রুবিনা আক্তার। এছাড়াও EEE বিভাগের সকল শিক্ষক, শিক্ষার্থী, কর্মকর্তা ও কর্মচারীবৃন্দ অনুষ্ঠানে উপস্থিত ছিলেন।
EEE বিভাগের সহকারী অধ্যাপক ও সহকারী ছাত্র কল্যাণ উপদেষ্টা সিফাত হোসেন-এর শুভেচ্ছা বক্তব্যের মাধ্যমে অনুষ্ঠানের সূচনা হয়। অনুষ্ঠানের শুরুতে EEE বিভাগের ২২তম ও ২৩তম ব্যাচের শিক্ষার্থীদের ফুল দিয়ে বরণ করে নেন EEE বিভাগের বিভাগীয় প্রধান ও অনুষ্ঠানের প্রধান অতিথি। একই সাথে EEE Association-এর পুরাতন কমিটির সদস্যদের অবদানের জন্য ধন্যবাদ ও কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করা হয়। পরবর্তীতে নতুন কমিটি ঘোষণা করার মাধ্যমে দায়িত্ব হস্তান্তর সম্পন্ন হয়। নতুন কমিটি ঘোষণা করেন EEE Association-এর বিদায়ী কমিটির সভাপতি তৌকি তাজওয়ার।
অনুষ্ঠানে EEE Association আয়োজিত Short Pitch Cricket Tournament-এর চ্যাম্পিয়ন ও রানার্স-আপ দলের সদস্যদের হাতে মেডেল ও ট্রফি তুলে দেওয়া হয়। একই সাথে টুর্নামেন্টের Best Batter, Best Bowler এবং Man of the Tournament-এর হাতে বিশেষ ক্রেস্ট প্রদান করা হয়।
EEE Association-এর বিদায়ী কমিটির সদস্যদের হাতে সার্টিফিকেট প্রদান করা হয়। এছাড়াও ক্রিকেট টুর্নামেন্ট আয়োজনের ক্ষেত্রে সহযোগিতা প্রদানকারী শিক্ষার্থীদের হাতে সার্টিফিকেট তুলে দেওয়া হয়।
BAUST Creative Minds 2.0 Project Competition-এ অংশগ্রহণকারী EEE বিভাগের শিক্ষার্থীদের হাতে সার্টিফিকেট প্রদান করা হয়। পাশাপাশি প্রতিযোগিতায় ১ম, ২য় ও ৩য় স্থান অর্জনকারী দলগুলোর হাতে পুরস্কার তুলে দেওয়া হয়।
EEE বিভাগের উদ্যোগে সম্প্রতি আয়োজিত ৫ দিনব্যাপী AutoCAD Electrical Workshop-এ অংশগ্রহণকারী শিক্ষার্থীদের হাতে সার্টিফিকেট প্রদান করেন EEE বিভাগের বিভাগীয় প্রধান। EEE Association-এর পক্ষ থেকে বিভাগীয় প্রধান ও অনুষ্ঠানের প্রধান অতিথিকে শুভেচ্ছা স্মারক প্রদান করা হয়। এছাড়াও EEE Association-এর পক্ষ হতে AutoCAD Electrical Workshop-এর প্রশিক্ষক সহকারী অধ্যাপক মাফিন মুনতাসির রহমান এবং EEE Association-এর উপদেষ্টা সহকারী অধ্যাপক সিফাত হোসেন ও সহকারী অধ্যাপক মো. হাসিব মাহবুব-কে শুভেচ্ছা উপহার প্রদান করা হয়।
EEE বিভাগের ১৫তম ব্যাচের বিদায়ী শিক্ষার্থীদের হাতে ক্রেস্ট তুলে দেন EEE বিভাগের বিভাগীয় প্রধান।
প্রধান অতিথির বক্তব্যে ড. রুবিনা আক্তার নবীন শিক্ষার্থীদের EEE বিভাগে স্বাগত জানান। তিনি বলেন, যারা নিজেদের ডিগ্রি সম্পন্ন করে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে বিদায় নিচ্ছে, তারা যদিও প্রাতিষ্ঠানিকভাবে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের অধ্যায় শেষ করছে, তবে সারাজীবনের জন্যই তারা EEE পরিবারের গর্বিত সদস্য হয়ে থাকবে। তিনি বিদায়ী শিক্ষার্থীদের উজ্জ্বল ভবিষ্যৎ ও সফলতা কামনা করেন এবং সুন্দর আয়োজনের জন্য EEE Association ও সংশ্লিষ্ট সকলকে ধন্যবাদ জানান।
অনুষ্ঠানের শেষ পর্বে EEE বিভাগের শিক্ষার্থীদের পরিবেশনায় অনুষ্ঠিত হয় এক মনোজ্ঞ সাংস্কৃতিক অনুষ্ঠান। সংগীত, নৃত্য ও কবিতা আবৃত্তির মাধ্যমে শিক্ষার্থীরা উপস্থিত সকলকে মুগ্ধ করেন। এছাড়াও মনোমুগ্ধকর গান পরিবেশন করেন EEE বিভাগের সহকারী অধ্যাপক আজরা সাদিয়া সুলতানা ও সহকারী অধ্যাপক মো. হাসিব মাহবুব।
অনুষ্ঠানটি সঞ্চালনা করেন EEE বিভাগের শিক্ষার্থী কাওসার, সুহা ও বৃষ্টি।

# **Freshers’ Reception & Farewell Ceremony 2026 | EEE Association, BAUST**
The EEE Association of Bangladesh Army University of Science and Technology (BAUST) organized a Freshers’ Reception and Farewell Ceremony for the students of the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), with the support of the EEE Department. The event was held at the BAUST Seminar Room in a joyful and festive atmosphere.
The program was honored by the presence of Dr. Rubina Akter, Head of the Department of EEE, as the Chief Guest. Faculty members, students, officers, and staff members of the EEE Department attended the event.
The ceremony commenced with a welcome speech by Assistant Professor and Assistant Student Welfare Advisor of EEE, Sifat Hossain. At the beginning of the program, the students of the 22nd and 23rd batches of the EEE Department were warmly welcomed with flowers by the Head of the Department and the Chief Guest. The contributions of the previous committee members of the EEE Association were acknowledged with gratitude. Subsequently, the new committee was announced, marking the official handover of responsibilities. The new committee was announced by the outgoing President of the EEE Association, Tauki Tajwar.
During the event, medals and trophies were awarded to the champion and runner-up teams of the Short Pitch Cricket Tournament organized by the EEE Association. Special crests were also presented to the Best Batter, Best Bowler, and Man of the Tournament.
Certificates were distributed among the outgoing committee members of the EEE Association. Certificates were also presented to the students who contributed to organizing the cricket tournament.
Certificates were awarded to the participants of the BAUST Creative Minds 2.0 Project Competition. Moreover, prizes were distributed among the teams securing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd positions in the competition.
Certificates were presented to the participants of the 5-day AutoCAD Electrical Workshop organized recently by the EEE Department. The certificates were distributed by the Head of the Department. The EEE Association presented a crest to the Chief Guest and Head of the Department as a token of appreciation. Furthermore, appreciation gifts were presented to the trainer of the AutoCAD Electrical Workshop, Assistant Professor Mafin Muntasir Rahman, and the advisors of the EEE Association, Assistant Professor Sifat Hossain and Assistant Professor Md. Hasib Mahbub.
The graduating students of the 15th batch of the EEE Department were honored with crests presented by the Head of the Department.
In her speech, Dr. Rubina Akter welcomed the new students to the EEE family. She expressed that although the graduating students are completing their academic journey at BAUST, they will always remain proud members of the EEE family. She wished them success in their future endeavors and thanked everyone involved in organizing the event.
The ceremony concluded with a delightful cultural program performed by the students of the EEE Department. The students captivated the audience through music, dance, and recitation performances. The event was further enriched by musical performances from Assistant Professor Azra Sadia Sultana and Assistant Professor Md. Hasib Mahbub of the EEE Department.
The program was hosted by EEE students Kawsar, Suha, and Brishty.
