শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থার সবচেয়ে লাভজনক কাজ হলো পরীক্ষা।
পরীক্ষার মাধ্যমে যতটা আয় হয় অন্য কোনো ক্ষেত্রে তত হয় না।
আবার অন্য সব আয়ের একটা হিসাব আছে কিন্তু পরীক্ষা খাতের আয়টার কোনো হিসাব নেই। বিল ভাউচার দিয়ে তুলে নিলেই হয়।
পরীক্ষার সাথে আরো কিছু অর্থনৈতিক দিক আছে:
১. কোচিং সেন্টারের ব্যবসা
২. মডেল টেস্ট এর ব্যবসা
৩. নোট বইয়ের ব্যবসা
এই সব ব্যবসায়ে হাজার কোটি টাকার লেন দেন।
কোনো অর্থনীতিবিদ গবেষণা করে দেখতে পারেন- জেএসসি, পিএসসি, সহ সকল পরীক্ষা কেন্দ্র করে কত হাজার কোটি টাকার অবৈধ বাণিজ্য। অবৈধ এই দৃষ্টি তে- আইন অনুযায়ী কোচিং নিষিদ্ধ হলেও তা চলছে। আর বৈধ বাণিজ্যও হাজার কোটি টাকার।
এই বাণিজ্য থেকে লাভবান হচ্ছে- শিক্ষক, প্রশাসন, প্রতিষ্ঠান, ব্যবসায়ী সবাই।
কেবল টাকা যাচ্ছে অভিভাবকদের। কোনো মতে একটি সার্টিফিকেট আসছে- লেখাপড়ার কোনো খবর নেই।
এত যে পরীক্ষা তার কোনো সার্টিফিকেটের কোনো দাম নেই। ভর্তি হতে গেলে নতুন করে পরীক্ষা, চাকুরির জন্য তাই, তাহলে এই অর্থহীন বাণিজ্যের কোনো দরকার আছে?
আমার তো মনে হয় নির্দিষ্ট কোর্স শেষে প্রতিষ্ঠান সনদপত্র দিলেই চলে। আর কিছুর কোনো দরকার নেই।
আর শেষ কথা হলো শিক্ষার চেয়ে পরীক্ষার দাম বেশি হতে পারেনা।
কিন্তু সকল শিক্ষা হয়েছে পরীক্ষা কেন্দ্রিক আর তখনই
সনদের দাম বেড়েছে- লেখাপড়ার দাম কমেছে।

We all know the story of the Tortoise and the Hare from that early period. But the interesting thing is that we have heard more of the 1st chapter. But there are 3 more chapters to this story. Some of us may have heard of it, and some of us may not have heard of it.

Chapter 1: In this chapter, the hare falls asleep, and the tortoise wins. After losing the first time, the hare analyzed the root cause of his defeat as 'overconfidence.' That means overconfidence is harmful to anyone. And the tortoise understood success will come if you stick to it!
Chapter 2: After losing, the hare once again challenged the tortoise to a race and the tortoise agreed. This time the rabbit finished the race without sleeping and won. The rabbit understood that if you work with your mind with all your ability, you can succeed quickly. And the tortoise understood that it is better to go slow and steady, but if there is no suitable speed at work, it is impossible to win in a competitive environment!

Chapter 2: The tortoise invites the hare to race again. The hare readily agreed. Then the tortoise said, "We have run twice on the same road, let it be another road now." hare agrees. So the new road race started. As usual, the hare started running loudly. The tortoise also started following him. When the tortoise reached the hare, he saw the hare standing, but could not reach the end of the race. Because there is a canal before the last boundary of the race. The tortoise took one look at the hare, then jumped into the water ahead of him and crossed the canal to reach the end of the race and win the race. The hare understood that it is not enough to rely on your strength, but it is also very important to understand the situation and reality! And the tortoise understood, first you have to find out the weakness of the competitor, then you have to plan accordingly.

But the story does not end here.

Chapter 4: Now the hare called the tortoise for another race on this same road. Tortoise also agreed. But this time they decided, not as a competitor, but this time they will run the race as a partner!
The competition has begun. The hare took the tortoise on his back and ran and stopped in front of the canal. Now the tortoise got off the hare's back and crossed the canal with the hare on his back. Then again the tortoise climbed on the hare's back and finished the rest of the race and this time both of them won together.

We learned that it is good to have personal skills. But real success comes from teaming up and leveraging each other's skills where everyone can smile as a winner.

I had no problem with them being ungrateful. When I came to know that they were traitors, I was really hurt. I think I only got pain that will never last. But, I am almost sure, they will suffer.
