ইরানের আকাশে আজ এক অনিশ্চিত, অশুভ রাতের ছায়া।
মার্কিন প্রেসিডেন্ট ডোনাল্ড ট্রাম্পের কড়া হুমকি এবং নির্ধারিত সময়সীমা পেরিয়ে যাওয়ার পর মধ্যপ্রাচ্যজুড়ে বাড়ছে ভয়, উৎকণ্ঠা আর যুদ্ধের আশঙ্কা।
ইরান যদি চুক্তির টেবিলে না আসে, তাহলে আজ রাতেই নেমে আসতে পারে ভয়াবহ ধ্বংসযজ্ঞ— এমন আশঙ্কায় থরথর করছে পুরো অঞ্চল।
ইতোমধ্যেই ইরানজুড়ে জারি হয়েছে সর্বোচ্চ সতর্কতা।
রেড অ্যালার্ট, সামরিক প্রস্তুতি, অস্থির জনজীবন— সবকিছু যেন ইঙ্গিত দিচ্ছে, সামনে হয়তো আরও অন্ধকার সময় অপেক্ষা করছে।
যদি সত্যিই বড় ধরনের হামলা ঘটে, তাহলে এর সবচেয়ে ভয়াবহ মূল্য দেবে সাধারণ মানুষ।
ধ্বংস হবে ঘরবাড়ি, বিপর্যস্ত হবে জনজীবন, হারিয়ে যাবে অসংখ্য নিরীহ প্রাণ।
একটি দেশ শুধু অবকাঠামোয় নয়— ইতিহাসে, অর্থনীতিতে, শিক্ষা-সংস্কৃতিতে, সভ্যতার গতিপথেও বহু বছর পিছিয়ে যেতে পারে।
একদিকে মার্কিন শক্তির আগ্রাসী আধিপত্য,
অন্যদিকে ইরানের শাসকগোষ্ঠীর অস্তিত্ব রক্ষার মরিয়া লড়াই—
এই দুই শক্তির সংঘর্ষের মাঝখানে সবচেয়ে অসহায়, সবচেয়ে নিঃস্ব হয়ে পড়ছে সাধারণ ইরানি জনগণ।
মার্কিন যুক্তরাষ্ট্র চায় প্রভাব, সম্পদ, কৌশলগত নিয়ন্ত্রণ ও ভূ-রাজনৈতিক আধিপত্য।
আর ইরানের সাধারণ মানুষ চায়— বাঁচতে, টিকে থাকতে, নিজেদের সার্বভৌমত্ব, সংস্কৃতি, বিশ্বাস ও জাতীয় সত্তা রক্ষা করতে।
আজ ইরান যেন এক নির্মম বাস্তবতার সামনে দাঁড়িয়ে—
একদিকে বিশ্বশক্তির চাপ,
অন্যদিকে ক্ষমতা আঁকড়ে ধরা শাসকদের একগুঁয়েমি।
এই দ্বিমুখী আগুনে পুড়ছে একটি জাতি, একটি সভ্যতা, একটি ভবিষ্যৎ।
যুদ্ধ কেবল সীমান্তে হয় না।
যুদ্ধ একসময় ঢুকে পড়ে মানুষের ঘরে,
শিশুর ঘুমে,
মায়ের চোখের জলে,
বৃদ্ধের নিঃশ্বাসে,
একটি শহরের বিদ্যুৎহীন রাতে,
একটি জাতির ভেঙে পড়া স্বপ্নে।
তবুও থেমে নেই ক্ষমতার খেলা।
শাসকদের কাছে এটি হয়তো অস্তিত্বের লড়াই,
কিন্তু সাধারণ মানুষের কাছে— এটি বেঁচে থাকার লড়াই।
কত শত, কত হাজার মানুষের জীবন বিনিময়ে রক্ষা পাবে সার্বভৌমত্ব?
কতটা ধ্বংসের পর থামবে সাম্রাজ্যবাদী আগ্রাসন?
কতটা রক্তের পর শান্তির ভাষণ উচ্চারিত হবে?
একদিকে শান্তি, নিরাপত্তা আর মানবতার বুলি,
অন্যদিকে বোমা, আগুন, ধ্বংস আর লাশের মিছিল—
এ যেন আধুনিক বিশ্বের সবচেয়ে বড় ভণ্ডামির প্রতিচ্ছবি।
ক্ষমতা আর অর্থের নেশায় উন্মত্ত শক্তিধর রাষ্ট্রগুলো যখন নিজেদের স্বার্থে আগুন জ্বালায়,
তখন সেই আগুনে পুড়ে ছাই হয়ে যায় সাধারণ মানুষের জীবন, স্বপ্ন, ভবিষ্যৎ।
ইরান আজ শুধু একটি দেশ নয়—
ইরান আজ বিশ্ব রাজনীতির নির্মমতার এক রক্তাক্ত প্রতীক।
আর প্রশ্ন একটাই—
মানুষ কি কখনও সত্যিই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ,
নাকি ক্ষমতার খেলায় তারা কেবল সংখ্যায় পরিণত হয়?

ট্রাম্পের হুমকি, যুদ্ধের প্রস্তুতি, রেড অ্যালার্ট— সবকিছুই ইঙ্গিত দিচ্ছে ভয়াবহ কিছু আসন্ন।
কিন্তু এই যুদ্ধ কার?
ট্রাম্পের? ইরানি শাসকদের? নাকি সেই নিরীহ মানুষের, যাদের ঘরবাড়ি, সন্তান, ভবিষ্যৎ— সবকিছু ধ্বংস হবে?
ক্ষমতার রাজনীতিতে আবারও পিষ্ট হবে সাধারণ মানুষ।
সাম্রাজ্যবাদ বনাম শাসকগোষ্ঠীর অস্তিত্ব রক্ষার খেলায়
সবচেয়ে বড় পরাজিত— মানবতা ।
Iran faces a night of fear as the shadow of war deepens
A dark and uncertain night appears to be descending over Iran.
With US President Donald Trump issuing sharp warnings and diplomatic deadlines seemingly running out, fear, anxiety, and the possibility of military escalation are spreading rapidly across the Middle East.
If Iran refuses to return to the negotiating table, many now fear that a devastating strike could follow—possibly within hours. Whether or not such a scenario materialises, the atmosphere across the region is already charged with tension.
Reports of heightened alert across Iran, including emergency military readiness and widespread public anxiety, suggest that the country may be entering one of the most dangerous moments in its recent history.
The language of diplomacy is fading, and the language of confrontation is growing louder.
If a large-scale attack does take place, it will not be political elites who pay the highest price.
It will be ordinary people.
Homes could be reduced to rubble.
Public life could collapse.
Countless innocent civilians could lose their lives.
And the damage would not be limited to military targets or physical infrastructure.
A nation can be pushed backwards not only in development, but in history, economy, education, culture, and collective hope.
At the heart of this crisis lies a familiar and tragic pattern:
on one side, the aggressive assertion of global power;
on the other, a ruling establishment fighting desperately to preserve its authority and survival.
Caught in the middle are the people of Iran—ordinary men, women, and children with no control over the decisions being made in palaces, bunkers, and war rooms.
The United States may frame its actions in the language of strategic interest, deterrence, or regional security.
Yet to many observers, what is at stake is also influence, resources, and geopolitical dominance.
For ordinary Iranians, however, the struggle is far more fundamental: to live, to endure, and to preserve their sovereignty, culture, identity, and dignity.
Iran today stands at a brutal crossroads.
It is being squeezed by external pressure and internal rigidity at the same time.
And in that double fire, a nation’s future risks being burned away.
War does not remain at the border for long.
Sooner or later, it enters homes.
It enters the sleep of children.
It enters the tears of mothers.
It enters the silence of darkened cities and the broken dreams of an entire generation.
And yet, the politics of power continues.
For rulers, this may be a struggle for survival.
For ordinary citizens, it is a struggle simply to stay alive.
How many lives must be sacrificed in the name of sovereignty?
How much destruction must unfold before imperial ambition pauses?
How much blood must be spilled before the world once again begins to speak of peace?
This is perhaps one of the greatest hypocrisies of modern global politics:
the same powers that speak of peace, stability, and human rights are often the ones that unleash bombs, fire, and devastation when their interests are threatened.
When powerful states become intoxicated with control, wealth, and strategic dominance, it is always ordinary people who are turned into ash—along with their dreams, their futures, and their right to live in peace.
Iran today is not merely a country under threat.
It has become a painful symbol of the cruelty of modern geopolitics.
And the question remains:
Do human lives ever truly matter in the calculations of power?
Or are people, in the end, reduced to numbers in someone else’s war?
