নারী আমার মা, নারী আমার বোন, নারী আমার সহধর্মিণী — তারা আমাদের জীবনের অবিচ্ছেদ্য অংশ, আমাদের অস্তিত্বের উৎস। কিন্তু যখন সেই নারীই নির্যাতনের শিকার হয়, তখন একজন পুরুষ হিসেবে নিজেকে ভীষণ অসহায়, ভীষণ নিরুপায় লাগে।
আমি বিশ্বাস করি, নীরব থাকা মানে অপরাধে অংশ নেওয়া। তাই চেষ্টা করছি — নিজের জায়গা থেকে কিছু করার, সামান্য হলেও পরিবর্তনের পথে হাঁটার।
এই প্রচেষ্টা কোনো করুণা নয়, এটা আমাদের দায়িত্ব।
আসুন, আমরা সবাই মিলে এমন এক সমাজ গড়ে তুলি যেখানে নারী চলবে সম্মানের সাথে, নিরাপত্তার সাথে, নিজের মতো করে।

স্বেচ্ছাসেবী কাজের শুরুটা বলা যা সাওতাল সম্প্রদায়ের মানুষদের জীবনমান উন্নয়নের প্রচেষ্টা দিয়ে। তারপর এর পথচলার গল্প হয়ত অনেকেরই জানা।
কর্মজীবনেও এই জনগোষ্ঠীর দক্ষতা উন্নয়নে কাজ করার সুযোগ আমাকে অনেক বেশি উৎসাহিত করেছে তাদের নিয়ে নতুন করে আবার প্রচেষ্টা শুরু করার।

I had the privilege of conducting the workshop alongside my talented colleagues and a distinguished teacher. Together, we explored the latest digital trends and practical skills that can empower individuals and organizations in today's fast-paced world.
