C. Positions of nouns

1. Subject

A subject is followed by verb.

Examples:

– Muha sang a song at the wedding.

– The house is very comfortable .

2. Direct Object

Direct object is the noun that receives the action of the transitive verb.

Examples:

– After dinner, I always serve a Sweet.

– My company always offers a reasonable price.



3. Indirect object

Indirect object precedes the direct object and can be found by asking who or what received the direct object.

Examples:

– You can give my friend a ticket.

– Miha sent her brother a postcard.

4. Object of preposition

The noun that follows the preposition is called object of preposition.

Examples:

– Many people live in the flooded village.

– After having meal, we will watch TV.

5. Object of verbal

Verbals are forms of verbs used as other parts of speech such as nouns, adjectives, or adverbs.

Examples:

– Opening the door, we saw many students waiting for me.

– We are the ones to win the game.

6. Predicate nominative

Predicate nominative is the noun following a linking verb that restates or stands for the subject.Subject object same thing or person.

Examples:

– Hasan is the leader.

– It became an evil.

7. Appositive

Appositive stands directly after the noun it identifies. An extra information about Noun that works from in 2 coma.

Examples:

– Maliha, my best friend, just visited Australia.

– Rangpur , my hometown, is the kingdom of wonder.

8. Objective complement

It is placed directly after direct object. Without objective complement, the sentence is not completed.

Examples:

I consider you my sister.

I will make this party a good occasion.

Determiner চিনলে মাত্র ৫ সেকেন্ডেই Noun বের করে ফেলতে পারবেন।

Determiner Quantifiers (Some, any, no, all, every, either,neither, each, enough, much, a lot of, little, much, more, less, most,many, few, several, a great number, plenty of, a good deal of, a greatdeal of, a great amount of, a lot of, lots of, a good/great many, toomany, too much) t এগুলোর পরে একটিমাত্র word থাকলে সেটি Noun.

Determiner possessive (His,Her,Their,,Your,Our)
Determiner Demonstratives (This, These, That, Those, Thesame) t word e Noun.

Determiner Ordinal Numerals (first, second, third, fourth, fifth)

Determiner Cardinal Numerals (One, two, three, four, five, six)

Determiner General Ordinals (next, last, other,another, further)
এগুলোর পরে একটিমাত্র Word থাকলে সেটি Noun.

1)৫ সেকেন্ডে Noun বের করে ফেলুন বাক্য থেকে।

প্যাড থিউরি (বানান লক্ষ্য করূন)
PPAAD- প্যাড এর পর একটিমাত্র Word থাকলে Noun হয়।
P=Preposition (To,in,of,up,on)
P=Possessive (His,Her,Their,our)
A=Adjective(Good,bad,beautiful)
A=Article(A,An,The)
D=Determiner (Some, many, few,much, little, a lot of)

I live in Dhaka. Dhaka noun for preposition
- in.
I go to school. School noun for preposition
- to.

She is my all.(All Noun for possessive word my)
I like her look.(Look Noun for possessive word her)

We hate the go.(go noun for article the)
This is a pen.(Pen Noun for article a)
Rufaida is beautiful and good student.
Student noun for (good and beautiful student)
I have some friends Friends noun for some determiner
I need much money.(Money noun for some determiner)

2)5 সেকেন্ডে বাক্যের মাঝ থেকে Noun বের করে ফেলুন।
কোনোকিছুর নাম বুঝালে Noun হয়।
To is preposition. এখানে To noun কারণ এটি Preposition এর নাম।
I is a pronoun. এখানে I noun কারণ এটি pronoun এর নাম।

3)৫ সেকেন্ডেই Noun বের করূন বাক্যে ম্যাজিকের মত।

4)Determiner +Material/ Abstract/Proper =Common Noun

Nazrul is the Byron of Bangladesh. Byron common noun
The diamond of her necklace is pure.(Diamond common noun.)
His honesty is beyond doubt.(Honesty Common noun)
Her voice inspired me. (voice Common noun.)

5)PPAAD ও PAAVC এর মাঝখানের Word টি Noun হয়।
PPAAD (Preposition, Possessive, Adjective, Article, Determiner এর যেকোনো একটি +PAAVC এর যেকোনো একটি থাকলে (Preposition, Adjective, Adverb, Verb, Conjunction) মাঝখানের Word টি Noun হয়।

This is the go of the world. Go noun
I am in the know of the fact.know noun
He obtained a GPA 5 by dint of perseverance. Dint noun

She is my all. (All) noun here for determiner
All is well.All pronoun (কি কি ভালো তার নাম বুঝায় নি,নামের পরিবর্তে বসে all, তাই all এখানে Pronoun.
All books are well. All adjective কারণ all এখানে Noun Books সম্পর্কে তথ্য দিয়েছে বা বর্ণনা করেছে।

এখানে Buts, While, Hospital যথাক্রমে Determiner No,a,এবং Preposition in এর পরে বসায় Noun হয়েছে।

Determiner, Preposition এর পরে একটি মাত্র Word থাকলে Noun হয়।
